I popped in tonight unexpectedly and had a wonderful experience with Rose. I looked like hell and nipped in quickly to see if there was anything I could wear on an upcoming executive business trip to FL. Rose and the manager weren’t judgmental about my appearance in a baseball hat and little makeup. They were so nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed as a customer and even went the extra mile to honor a birthday coupon I had on the corporate system (but not on the store system). I found 3 wonderful pieces from the passport collection that are so pretty and comfy. The fabric in that collection is a standout. I went in earlier today with my mother, a very loyal customer to this store in Nashua, and the ladies working there are always very cordial, helpful, and super friendly. However, today went we went in, we were met with rude and bitter behavior, as many times my mom would ask a question and it was met with confusion or a condescending response.
