Unfortunately, I won’t be back. As a plus size Nashville native, I was soooo excited to find a local actual plus size store(other than the usual chain stores). This has absolutely nothing to do with the lady with the blonde hair. She was absolutely amazing when I came in at the last minute looking for an outfit for the baby shower I had this weekend. She helped me with the sizing of pieces and tips and tricks. I left with 3 pieces that day. I came back to initially exchange one of the pieces the next day and the lady with the brown hair was working. My Mom and I looked around trying to find something that matched one of the pieces that I kept instead but I didn’t find anything I felt matched it, so I decided to do a return instead. I had previously saw the return policy when shopping on the website before I went to see if they accept exchanges. It showed that they do offer returns of in store purchases. The cashier said they don’t accept returns and proceeded to argue the fact that they don’t, even when I told her exactly what is posted on their website. She offered to text her boss and that I could come back the next day for their response. I asked her if she could call him instead and she kept saying she texted him to ask. I told her that I don’t live close and that on the next day, I have my dialysis treatment and have to work, so I don’t have time to come all the way back there. Then she still continues with only the text to the owner. She finally gets a call back from and he I guess goes over the instructions for processing the return. She comes back over and starts the return and I’m asking “so he said we can do a return right?” She says that’s what she’s working on and confirms the order number then moves the return to the table behind her and says nothing else. I’m like usually a cashier will say how much is being returned, when it’s going back, sorry that didn’t work for you. Something! Anyways, I would definitely go over customer service skills with her if I was her manager because that’s a very quick way to lose possibly life...

Read moreI looooooooove this boutique!! Callie is amazing and honestly adds to the experience! So friendly, helpful, and hilarious! A variety of clothing options from dressy to casual and all are amazing quality and reasonably priced. I found all the items I tried on to be true to size as well. As a plus size woman, I was ecstatic to find a concho belt in my size!! Again, great quality and beautiful! Jewelry and accessories are unique and so pretty! There is also a hat bar where you can design your own trucker hat! I didn't have time to do that but there are so many patches to choose from. Some Nash themed and some that are positive, happy, or sassy vibes too. The store is also super cute and adds to the whole experience! I will be back and will be shopping with them...
