Watch out, POC! This is my 2nd time this has happened, and I won’t be giving them a 3rd chance… I walked into the store, the employee looks up at me, and says nothing. He continues to say nothing as I walk around the store, even as he walks right past me. A few minutes later, a white couple walks into the store, and he immediately looks up and says “Hey y’all, welcome in!” The same thing happened at my first visit, with a different employee. I can see some other reviews indicating poor customer service (and respect) too. I’m not sure if this is location-specific or a brand thing, but I will be shopping elsewhere. Read moreWe came to Nashville this week, terribly unprepared for the unseasonable cool and blustery weather. On the hunt for a jacket, we were told to head to 12 South and check out the shops there.
The first shop we stopped at referred us to Fahertys. The moment we walked in, I spotted the jacket. Well, my husband spotted it, too. In the end, I loved my jacket so much that my husband decided to buy one the next day, too. Its the Barber jacket, dark brown with tan courderoy finishings. It's stylish, comfortable and functionally weather resistant.
Matt was awesome, super friendly and helpful. And Layton helped my husband the following day. She was great.

They tell you to call or chat with a person but both the voicemail and chat service directs you to send them an email. You send them an email and then you are lucky if you hear back within 2 days. Once I heard back they did not answer my original question. For how expensive the clothes are, this means I will not be buying...
