Winky lux is so cute and aesthetic on the inside with amazing products! Not only are their products are amazing, but so are the employees. Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and was so helpful by showing me the products that suited my needs. It’s been a couple of months of using the products she helped pick out for me and my skin is glowing! Jesse has so much passion for Winky Lux and treated it like her own. I never met an employee that was so knowledgeable about make up and skin care and passionate to take their time explain it to others. Best cosmetic store in Nashville! The customer service is soooo good! They really help you make the best choices for makeup and skincare without being pushy at all. They encourage pictures and have cute rooms for photo ops. The staff is so friendly and even offer suggestions of what to do in Nashville. Cora was very helpful and professional and Katelyn really gave us so much guidance and suggestions for all the products. My daughter, who lives in Nashville , had an incredible experience shopping in this store with Savannah. It was pouring out and we went in right around closing and she had said to take our time shopping as she didn’t want us to have to go back out in the rainstorm. We loved shopping here and she had so much patience and expertise in showing us all the products and benefits of them.
