Try White Bison. Even though it's a convenience chain tied to Twice Daily, the manager Angela is a trained coffee aficionado. She really knows her stuff and I've never had a coffee before thats so damn smooth.

From there, head across the street to the Cookie Shop, whose cookies are made fresh daily. Absolutely melt I your mouth and the clerks are wonderful to deal with.

Afterwards walk on over to the BBQ joint, or my up and coming favorite burger place, Burger Up. Share a platter of fries or just grab a burger and a beer.

There was a lot of business being done at the frothy monkey on 12th South. but they were really taking care of the customers making sure not too many of us were in the store at one time, making sure that tables were separated and that there was plenty of social distancing. masks always indoors.
