I was appalled by my time in this store. My mother and I were spending the afternoon shopping twelve south and had wonderful experiences at every store except here. There were three women working today and not a single one acknowledged our presence in the store. There is a bell on the door as you walk in so they knew we were there. But, just didn’t care to say hi or welcome in or what can we help you with. I absolutely love this boutique! My husband and I stopped in for some Mother's Day shopping a couple of weeks ago. I have only been there twice, but it will be a regular spot for me in the future. Every time I have been in the ladies have been extremely helpful and give some great recommendations, things I would not have picked, but looked perfect on me. The customer service is top notch.
