House of Hudson Day Spa — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

I loved their service — their masseuses are excellent. However, when I needed to pause my membership due to pregnancy, they continued to charge me despite multiple emails and voicemails requesting cancellation.

What’s more concerning is that during this time, they switched payment and booking platforms and sent out multiple emails stating that, for security purposes, all payment information would be deleted and new payment details would need to be added. Despite this, they continued to charge my card through the old platform.

It has now reached the point where I had to work with my bank’s fraud department to prevent further charges.

Again, their massage therapists are wonderful, but I’m very concerned about how they are running...

I am so happy House of Hudson chose Germantown for their location! The funky historical and distressed appearance of the building melds perfectly with the peaceful serenity of the spa to create a space that fits the Germantown vibe perfectly. The owner Katrina is amazingly sweet and helpful and it’s very obvious she knows how a great spa should run. So wanted to love this place. So the positive, house is very cute, I can walk from my place and the people were smiley. And the feedback, my service was less then 40 minutes and was OK, neither person offered me a tour when I said I was interested in becoming a member and neither person could tell me about the membership or the differences in a 50 or 80 minute facial with any confidence.
