I had an amazing experience with Nancy and Mike at Minor Jewelry while visiting Nashville! We stopped by looking for a new wedding band for my husband, and ended up leaving with the most beautiful wedding band for myself! I never found one that I truly loved and fit well with my engagement ring, so our plan was to do a custom ring and band for a 10 year vow renewal. I was browsing the bands and saw one that I liked so we decided to try it out. Turns out instant love is real! I just had to have it since it was perfection for my engagement ring. They were able to resize same day in just a couple hours! At pickup, we realized that since I was going from one to three bands we needed to resize both my ring and band again! They also noticed my engagement ring had prongs missing. They were amazing and said they would fix and clean up my ring free of charge! So, I left my rings in their hands overnight. We came back the next day to pick up once more, and I was in complete shock. I could not believe these were MY rings. It’s like I received a completely new set! Words can not describe the pure happiness I felt at seeing my completed rings. I truly owe it to Nancy, Mike, and Minor Jewelry for making me fall in love with my ring and husband all over again LOL! I am still and will continue to obsess over how breathtaking they are to me. It is pure perfection. I would highly recommend checking them out as I saw some other jewelry I wish I could have taken home with me. Minor Jewelry is full of kind people who cares about people problems and jewelries not to mentioned superlative skilled craftsmanship! I have rare-watch that is missing tiny metal screw in ceramic watch band which holds the straps together, I've spend all day driving around Franklin area watch repair shops-they have no clue how to fix this strap and in Brentwood area watch repair shops-it's not money making deal for them so they pretty much told me they don't have time so to contact the Manufacturer. So disappointed and somehow we've stumble through google and found Minor Jewlry, called and nice young lady answered said bring my watch by and see if jeweler has a part to fix it. Mr. Minor took time to looked at it and found the part that would fit and fixed it right there in a few minutes and when I asked how much I owe you, Mrs. Minor kindly said "Its free, my husband enjoy challenging work" instead of charging she said "Do something nice to next person". Wow! these people are unbelievable, they reminded me Nashville still can be small town and people care about one and another like a good old day! My experience with Minor Jewelry was horrible. I stopped by last week to see about getting the capacitor replaced in my Citizens Eco Drive Watch. However, upon meeting the jeweler/ owner and after explaining why I was there he retorted very shortly and abruptly with me by rudely / sternly asking, “what makes you think that it’s your capacitor?” Then, without even attempting to examine my watch he told me that I needed to send it off to Citizens to have them repair it because he could not guarantee the capacitor if he were to replace it because he’s not sure that is the issue (remember that he never even attempted to examine my watch).

I then left and took my watch to Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs in the Cool Springs Galleria where I was made to feel very welcomed, but more importantly, my watch was examined, the capacitor was determined to be the issue, it was replaced and my watch is now working just fine.

I’m not sure if the jeweler / owner of this business was having a bad day or if he simply prefers to not do business with people who don’t look like him. Either way, I would NOT recommend Minor Jewelry to anyone looking to receive a great...
