What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. Rebeka, the manager, greeted us with warmth and made us feel instantly at home. She took the time to show us around the shop, providing insightful details about the products, and her passion for the boutique really shines through.

We were also lucky to be assisted by Annalese, who added to the wonderful experience with her friendliness and attentiveness. She not only helped us explore the beautiful collection but also gave us a mini tour of the store, sharing the boutique’s history and unique touches along the way. Both women went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.

Loved this place! My sister and i were visiting from LA. We’re driving down, in Pouring Rain, and she notices racks “cute clothes “ and immediately she demanded I stop so she can go see. Cuz She felt she really had a chance there cuz they have ALOT OF REALLY REALLY CUTE STUFF! My sisters words not mine... well the shop lady i forgot her name, totally embarrassing, was so beyond helpful. Her look was on point and her vibe was not that of a typical sales person. She could own the store i dont recall asking, but never pressured to buy, shared important details of The designers, or the product, which was not rehearsed of contrived. Like NO, you need to know this information because it’s actually really cool i absolutely Loved it! And I personally loved that the majority of their buy was locally sourced whether it be designers or the candles im now obsessed with. The Fe candles are PHENOMENAL, priced. Edit: I returned to Moda earlier this week to find that they carry a candle brand “Maison Louis Marie”. I bought the Antidris Cassis candle that smells IDENTICAL to Baies by Diptyque. I’ll post a picture to show the differences, but the small 2.5oz Baies candle is $34, the 6.5oz Diptyque candle goes for $65, and this IDENTICAL Maison Louis Marie candle is $35. I will be back to Moda soon to stock up!! The brand also had a candle that smelled like Figuier and a few that smelled like Diptyque perfumes Tam Dao and Do Son. There were more but not ones I...
