We were driving through Nashville and made a stop in because I’d been eyeing some jeans online but wanted to make sure they fit well first before purchasing. I’m really confused by some of the bad reviews on here because we had such a great shopping experience at this store! My kids were a bit out of control which can be easily annoying to staff, but everyone was so kind and extremely helpful. I wanted to pretty much try on every style of jeans they had (which is probably also annoying) just to know my sizes and stuff, and no one seemed to mind a bit with helping me. Instead they went out of their way to be helpful in any way I needed. Honestly me and my husband left feeling like it was one of the best shopping experiences we’d ever had. I didn’t see the staff only talking to each other or anything like other reviews have stated. Maybe they’ve stepped it up recently, I don’t know but it was like a 10/10 experience on all fronts. And the jeans are absolutely amazing! They were out of the size I wanted to purchase in the style I liked, but I bought them online when we got home from our trip and I am so pleased with my purchase. Somehow the way they cut their jeans feel like they’re made for my body shape and I couldn’t be happier about this. The quality is incredible. Also I love how they will do free hemming in store when you’re there, like who else does that? We went to another denim store and it was a two week wait for alterations. I know this is a review for the Nashville store but their website online is so dialed too, whenever I have questions and use the live chat thing someone answers my question almost immediately and they’re always so helpful too. I popped in here on a whim while waiting for my table at Frothy, and from the get-go I was greeted kindly by each member of the staff. While I began my browsing venture around the store, I had many questions regarding what dyes they use, their sourcing of fabrics, and "Is this REALLY 'garage-made'?". (Short answer to that question was 'Yes'.)

The knowledge and information that was graciously shared with me (especially in the realm of selvedge denim), along with just the simple warmth of this space (y'all CRUSHED the design of your interior; I especially love how you've displayed all the patterns of your denim above your tailor shoppe for your customers to see), was enough to leave me feeling like I had a sincere connection with the store/brand, and the people running it

I've been to numerous boutique clothing shops spanning multiple states throughout the country (searching mainly for the highest-quality Japanese and house-made denims), and imogene + wilie stick out mostly for me, just in simple regards to the sincere kindness and unmatched hospitality I experienced while in the store. imogene + willie is the most incredible shop I have ever not been to. I live in Utah and have been desperately searching for great quality clothing that will last. The store has a higher price tag than what some people may be willing to pay but knowing these clothes will last me for years has me confident with every penny I spend. I+W clothing is an investment I feel very comfortable and happy making. I have gotten, jeans, t shirts, the most stunning amazing beautiful perfect jacket, accessories, and even incense from this store and shipping has always been super fast and quality has never disappointed me. I have even needed to make a return when I ordered the wrong size shirt for my boyfriend and they had it exchanged within days which left me able to give him a gift ON his birthday (remember I live in Utah, this is all via mail!
