October Update - New Management

I’ve lived here for several months and have had multiple property managers during my residency.

Our new property manager “Casey Sleigh” is absolutely stellar! Fantastic people skills and will make you feel right at home. His kind and professional approach to problem solving is stellar. We are beyond grateful for him and his team supporting the residents with timely follow up, consistent communication, and just overall just amazing support. Highly recommend if you are touring, ask for him!

Not only is the building beautiful and in a perfect location but the service standard parallels the elevated atmosphere of this midtown Nashville tower.

Haley was absolutely fantastic, handled all of our questions with the utmost quality and care. She has an extensive knowledge of the area as well as the buildings history, design, and architecture.

She knew her stuff! She was so kind, thorough, and thoughtful, turned a stressful week-long out of state apartment hunt into “we found the one” like a true pro!

Highly recommend if you’re looking, make sure to call and ask for her specifically! She made this whole process smooth and really turned this community tower into the “welcome-home” atmosphere we were looking...

Now that the Elmington purchased and now manages Parke West, I can once again say this is an amazing place to live. Our lead concierge, Ms. Teresa is top notch — she ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is ready to help us. But my favorite time with Teresa is first thing in the morning and just checking in with her. She truly cares about the residents and it shows.

The Elmington team itself has finally restored Parke West to a place I’ll be sad to move out of. Casey (new property manager) and Wilson (head of maintenance) are both personable and knowledgeable. Casey has an actual open-door policy. While he inherited a number of issues from the previous “leadership,” he’s handled resident concerns with grace and actually has plans to continue to restore the building to how it initially ran. It’s nice to actually want to stop by and chat with both Casey and Wilson and they both make time for us. I’m excited for the resident events Casey has planned and can’t wait to see how this building’s newest wave of residents will create a new community. I’ve made so many friends living here and it’s really nice to have a sense of genuine community here.

I have lived at Parke West since August 5th, and I’ve had an issue with this excruciatingly loud whistling sound coming from my Juliet balcony since the first week I moved in. My anxiety levels have gone up to the point it’s affecting my day to day mental health and they still haven’t done anything about it and I can’t get a of hold anyone at Grey Star! I do not recommend Parke West!

Update response to Parke West below, you absolutely have done nothing but drag 3 vendors to “look” at my issue after my repeated complaints and you didn’t have anyone fix the issue I have proof that no work was done when you said it was when I was out of town. After I wrote this review you came and added foam and painters tape and now it’s 3 weeks later and I still have the foam and painters tape, a balcony door that I can’t open and an anxiety level that is unmanageable.
