Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I recently went to this location. When the employee at the register asked for my order, I told her I wanted a small chocolate Blizzard with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. She looked confused, then asked me to repeat my order. So I did, and she gave me the receipt. Five minutes later, another employee said that a small Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough Blizzard was ready. After nobody claimed it, I looked at my receipt and, sure enough, a small Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough Blizzard was listed on it. I was so upset that instead of asking them to correct my order, I took what they gave me and left.

If you can’t take someone’s order correctly, it defeats the whole purpose of working at a fast food restaurant.

Also, the Blizzard was not served to me upside-down despite the fact that there is signage all over the store stating that if your Blizzard isn’t served that way, you will get one for free.

So I have a question for the managers of this store: does that mean you owe me two free Blizzards?

My chicken sandwich came out with two large mold spots on the bread. I asked for another sandwich. A few bites in and I realized the chicken on the second sandwich was raw. I asked for my money back and explained the hazards of serving raw chicken. The supervisor said (paraphrasing) - "Are you going to die? If you get sick, then I'll take care of you." I was shocked at the unprofessional response and asked for the owner's number because this person was not taking the matter serious enough. I phoned the number provided to me in the parking lot, and learned it was for a store in Antioch. The person on the phone told me the owner's name was Pete and he should be working. I went back in and asked the guy if he was Pete, store owner. He confirmed he was Pete. I asked why he misrepresented himself and all I received were deflections. Be careful eating at this location. We just got lunch to go from here. At 10:20ish there wasnt cash in the cash drawer which means at 10am when they opened they werent ready. The lady had to go back and get a cash drawer. It appeares they used liquid/squeeze butter on their bread here. This got on the rest of the food...so butter on fries and chicken strips...??? Someone somewhere may eat it that way, but i perfer gravy as dipping sauce on all my stuff...so now...butter tasting chicken strips and fries dipped in gravy. The only thing that didnt have butter on it was the ice cream and thats prob cause it was in a separate container from the rest of the food. My fam and I are disappointed because we bought this as a little celebration meal for movin to Nashville. This buttery meal kinda killed the celebration I wont be...
