This has quickly become one our favorite places that has BOTH good food and good beer. Parking is a bit tough, but if you are willing to walk a bit, it's no problem. I love the unpretentious names of the beers. Just like your neighborhood bar would name them, the original, the classic, pub ale. Every beer tastes clean and fresh. They also have a handful of NA options as well! This visit we got the smoked brisket burger and the ribs with their German potato salad and mac and cheese. I'm never disappointed in whatever we get. Can’t say enough good things about this spot! The BBQ food truck absolutely nailed it — the brisket was so tender it was literally falling apart with every bite. Juicy, smoky, and packed with flavor. And the side sauces? Out of this world. Each one had its own unique kick and paired perfectly with the meat.

The brewery itself was just as impressive. The beer was incredibly easy to drink — smooth, fresh, and brewed to perfection. Whether you're into hoppy IPAs, crisp lagers, or something darker, they had a wide variety that catered to every kind of beer lover.

I just left Stoke Haus and was so thoroughly impressed with their BBQ! It's a food truck that's a part of the brewery so you can go inside and eat (and you can order from the bar) The Brisket had a great bark and it seriously melted in your mouth. Some of these big names in town don't have anything on their Brisket. I also had the Frito pie that had a black bean and pumpkin chili on top, it could have been spicier but it was still solid and i'd definitely order it again.
