Wow!! I don't leave reviews often, but this deserves one!

Called in and very politely and very specifically told the unenthused-sounding woman on the phone that my boyfriend and I were both looking for a new primary care doctor because we are new to Nashville. The woman very rudely told me that my question was open ended and she had no idea what I was looking for. I repeated my clear request again and she responded in a very sassy, very sarcastic tone. I asked her to give me a moment while I told my boyfriend that my first impressions were NOT good at all and perhaps we should look elsewhere, and within 5-10 seconds of our hold she HUNG UP ON ME.

After seeing these other reviews, I'm not so surprised.

I am a first time mom and this is the second clinic I have been too find the right pediatrician for my daughter. we get there on time for our appointments but have to wait 15-20 minutes in the waiting room, then an additional 20-30+ minutes to get attended by the doctor. there was a little bit of a language barrier between the pediatrician and I, so sometimes there were some misunderstandings. she also made me feel very judged about my daughters weight. telling me she was not big enough, even tho she was clearly gaining proper weight for her age and height. other than that the nurses were always nice , as well as those in...

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Usually, I do not write reviews, but this place needs to be shut down. I was assigned this location for my dental. I was treated with disrespect by the receptionist. Once I met with my dentist she said I had five cavities. I scheduled several follow ups to fill the cavities. On my next follow up the receptionist told me I might have to wait over an hour. Then the fire alarm went off and I simply walked out. I found a great dentist in Mid Town and she told me I had no cavities! I think they are running a scam and deliver poor healthcare. Be very weary of...
