Cilantro Mexican Grill & Tequila Bar - Five Points — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

If I couple give 0 stars I absolutely would. My family and I decided to visit last night and I must say it was the biggest mistake of our evening.

Now we chose this place because on the internet it states that they were open till 2a.m. Once we arrived at 11:05ish to our surprise they were yelling last call. As we were walking in we seen about 3 or 4 workers standing looking at each looking at us like "Why are y'all here?" .... Finally whenever they decided who was gonna service us (since we intruding) we were seated. Now this is where it gets funny ... the server came never introduced himself and says "Y'all get 1 drink last call was 10 mins ago (which was a lie).... We asked what time they close he stated 12a.m. ... Hummmm ok well by me being in the industry I know that last call isn't and HOUR before closing... (but ok whatever).... So I asked well can we at least get 2 drinks ( that your allowed according to abc board) well of course he said no.... Not only did he say we get 1 drink he also encouraged us to hurry up and order due to the kitchen closing in 5 mins .....

Now our food arrived in a timely manner and if I could rate the food alone I would give it maybe 3 1/2 stars. My spouse ordered the Fajitas Del Mar... It was very very bland .... I ordered the Gigante Burrito (which I've had there b4) and it was like the veggie edition because there was hardly any meat.... Not sure what my sister and her bf order but they were ok with there order (just ok)...

I rarely give bad reviews but I could not let this one go. Ive never in life felt so unwelcome in establishment and if it wasn't so late we would have most definitely left and went to a more friendlier Mexican restaurant. I would Not recommend this place to anyone and I will never...

If I could give 1 star I definitely would. We got there and waited 15 minutes to get seated. We were the only ones at the door waiting to be seated. About 6 workers walked by and didn’t say a word. None of them were doing anything at all. Just aimlessly walking around. We finally got someone’s attention and he very rudely said, “just keep waiting.” After waiting for 5 more minutes someone comes and takes a to a booth to sit down. We wait another 5 minters for someone to come to the table and acknowledge us. He just came said hello and that was it. Another one came and greeted us and took our drink order and food order. The first one came back and tried to take our order again smh. They had been advertising a $5 margarita special and we tired ordering them then were told “ummm no we don’t want to.” Finally our food came out and it was all wrong. The choriqueso was burnt, the elote was just cold corn with cotija sprinkled on top. We let the waiter know and a manager rifle came over and asked what the problem was. As we were trying to explain he rudely interrupted and told us well the kitchen is cold and asked if we were just going to waste his food. We tried telling him it wasn’t edible and he told us to just leave. So I HIGHLY recommend you not giving this restaurant any business. Customer service was horrible along...

I went to five points Cocina Mexicana on a friday night, they where very busy, which is understandable for a friday night however the customer sevice there sucks. When i walked in there was no hostes at the door to greet you .. i stood at the door for about 15 min i got the attention of a employee walking by and asked him if i could get a table he then work a number on a sticky note handed it to me and walked away, i stood there for another 20 min a finally got walked to a table. Waited at the table for another 15 min a my sever, when he got to the table i expressed to him how long ive been waiting, he yeld at me and said WERE BUSY , i then asked for a manager the manager comes over and says your not the only one wait WERE BUSY WHAT DO U EXPECT , no one apoligize for the wait and every one right up to the manager was extremely rude and nasty, I then got up and left , there was no way i was going to spend any money in there due to the way i was tried, no one has any urgancy to help and not once did i get a apology for the very long wait, I will never visit this place again or tell any of my friends or family to go there
