I was really excited to try this Nail Bar out! My initial correspondence was with a guy whom I assume is the manager. He was kind when I called and even texted me after the call dropped to ensure I had the address. Upon arrival I checked in. He directed a woman to start the water for my pedicure. For context, there were 2 other women getting pedicures: 1 customer had 1 person doing her pedicure. Her friend had 1 person doing her pedicure and 1 person putting tips/nails on. So 3 people for 2 customers. There were other customers and employees at the bar portion of the shop. The gentleman told the woman who was putting on the lady's tips to run the water. She got smart/sassy with him and said she was busy and told me to have a seat. After waiting a few minutes, she started my water. She told me to put my foot on the cushion while she ran the water. I said I wasn't comfortable without a towel being placed on the cushion and she looked annoyed but she put a towel down. She said someone would be with me and walked off. While she ran the water, she never turned on the "spa" portion and the water was barely warmer than lukewarm. While waiting, I noticed the woman next to me getting a pedicure and the file that was being used on her LOOKED as though it has been used on multiple people. (I prefer salons that use new file on each person - I didn't see it used on anyone else, I'm just going off of the appearance.). After about 5 minutes, she walked past me again. I told her the water was cold. She said someone would bring hot water when they helped me. She walked by again to go back to the other customer. After a few minutes I got up to leave. To be clear, I wasn't upset that I had to wait. I didn't like waiting with my feet in water that was that cold, the attitude of the woman and the fact that they never even activated the jets/spa. I got up to leave and the first gentleman, who was very kind and professional, rushed over and said someone would be with me shortly. I explained it was ok and that I didn't want to wait with cold water. He said they didn't have a receptionist to bring the hot water and offered hot water and to get my pedicure next. He was tried hard to be accommodating. I expressed that it was ok and I left. Again - I don't mind waiting. Had they ran warmer /hotter water and turned on the jets, I would have HAPPILY waited for 30 mins. I prefer soaking in the water while I wait so that wasn't an issue. It was her attitude / "I'm busy" combined with colder water and leaving me sitting there with no jets. It seemed as though I was a bother from the moment I walked in.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was injured during my manicures and the owner was rude and blamed. First, I want to say my problem was not with the tech that accidentally cut me. She is very kind and she apologized multiple times. She has done my nails before without a problem and did a good job. My problem is with Ethan, the manager or owner or whoever the hell he is. I was accidentally cut with the cuticle trimmers, on the side of my finger while getting my service. When we brought this to Ethan’s attention, he dismissed my concerns and told me that it was my fault because I requested to be seated by my sister while we got our nails done, so that we could spend time together. He then told me that it’s harder to do nails while standing where the light isn’t as good. I have been coming here for 4 years and have had my nails done while getting a pedicure before, and it hasn’t been a problem. And they have done it with out me requesting that service. If the service cannot be provided safely, it shouldn’t be provided. I tried to calmly tell Ethan why I was frustrated, and he talked over me and made excuses for why it was my fault that I was injured during the process. I have never once been injured like this in a nail salon. And I am shocked and appalled that this was his response. He told me the best he could do was give me $5 off because his employee needed to be paid for her work. But he offers free services to people who give bad reviews for thick nails on google. I literally left with a chunk of my skin missing and bleeding. $5 doesn’t cover the cost of a pack of bandaids. I will never come back. I have already texted all of my friends who have come here with me so that they don’t come back either. Ethan, I hope what you take away from this review is a lesson in learning to keep your mouth shut long enough to listen and have some compassion for a customer that was injured in your establishment. It’s your responsibility as a business owner to provide a safe environment for your clients and your employees. Your behavior today was inexcusable.

I went to this nail salon on last Saturday, when I arrived it wasn’t a wait so I was excited because I had alot of things to do. I got my nails done by the “owner” ethan I guess. The first red flag was he acted like he didn’t want to do my nails, he kept asking another tech to do them and she said no she’s about to eat, so he proceeded to do them. Red Flag number 2 he kept stopping to do other things while I was getting my nails done, so after a hour goes by I get impatient because I had to be somewhere else in less than a hour, so at that point I ask him to just finish with the base and I’ll just not get the french tip almond shape that I actually wanted. 🙄 Finishing the base took 30 more minutes and he asked his wife to do it 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ He also talked about another tech to the girl he asked to do my nails at first and that rubbed me the wrong way because its messy, and to talk about your employees in front of your client is WILD!! I’m a property manager and I would never do that to my team!!!! Lastly, its Friday not even an entire 7 days later and my nails are cracking and breaking and I paid SEVENTY FIVE FU*KING DOLLARS!! Thats why the nail techs thats doing nails at home gon always have a job, these nail shops are HORRRRRRRRRIBLE! 0 Stars I dont recommend!! Update: another nail has broken and one is cracked only 6 days after getting them 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

ATTN: Patricia “PunkinSweets” Ann you have the audacity to posted negative comments to this establishment. I am a customer there and had witnessed everything that had went on today between you and the nail technicians. I had witnessed that the lady who did your pedicure had done a long and extensive massages on your legs and feet with her smiling at you and making sure that everything she did for you were ok. Additionally , she had offered you numerous times if you had wanted anything to drink with no slight of rudeness or aggressiveness coming from her.

They have done nothing wrong but was to tried and accommodated you for your requested services. Understandably, the spa tub water was maybe a bit cold as it was for me but that issue was fixable as they have filled your tub with hot boiled water to balanced out with the cold water… I’d also see that you were fine with the pedicure service until you’d asked for an “ombre set” , which by the way, I know isn’t an easy task to do. Upon applying all nail tips on your fingertips, you’d abruptly and rudely scolded and demanded the man for all of the nail tips to be removed from your fingernails, lied about half finished gel toe nails as you’d stopped her midway so as your way to not want to pay for the service. Thank goodness, the male technician weew there to witnessed the false complaint. Ultimately, she paid, cursed the heck out of their shop, and violently kicked the lady’s supply caddy from the pedicure working station to all the way across the room to the bar station. It just upsets me because clients like that gives us a bad name that technicians has to be weary of us. Lastly, I pray that she doesn’t come back and bother them anymore.

UPDATE: First off, this nail bar is my business as I feel and have a need to stepped in to protect and defend for their reputation that you had wrongly exploited/exposed and that you need to be held accountable for the actions you’ve drawn. Second, It is so sad and unfortunate that you had apparently expressed yourself with already full of anger and hatred for reasons no other than your already valotile demeanor at the establishment when you first stepped in… Third, Today is also a day before Thanksgiving and yet you have nothing better to do but to continue with holding on to grudges. Finally, It is obvious that the problem isn't the services that you had received at this establishment rather it is your anger issues from where it stemmed from needs to be addressed foremost, otherwise, you will never be able to be happy or satisfied with your life. If you are ever in need of a psychiatrist or an anger management class, let me know, as I have a few to recommend you to. Happy Thanksgiving and be...

Horrendous, terrible filthy establishment! I tried to go in for a gel pedicure and an acrylic ombre full set, a very simple set. The meth faced lady who PARTIALLY did my gel manicure had an attitude towards me being very AGGRESSIVE with my feet! Eathan, whom I'm assuming is her boss talked to her in their gibberish that they speak when they don't want us to hear their insults, that's when the AGGRESSION began. They could have allowed me to leave had they NOT wanted to service me properly WHICH I attempted to do several times due to their lack of customer service. If you want COLD water for pedicures, RUDE, SUB PAR services then this is the spot for you! They charged $62 for a PARTIAL gel pedicure AFTER I asked for the removal of nail tips. The nail tips didn't fit my nail bed properly. I had accepted that my toes would be UGLY but I was not going to let them destroy my nails too! Eathan removed the nail tips then FLUNG my hand back at me AGGRESSIVELY once he removed the last one. I laughed to keep from cursing him out at the moment but that only lasted so long because the pedi lady was causing indentations to appear on the coat of gel polish! Addressing my disdain caused the man to ANTAGONIZE, INSULT and attempt to berate me! I handed the pedi lady the $62 to which the man began to count saying it wasn't that amount as I'm attempting to put my socks and shoes on to leave. The man began telling me to get out and I'm explaining to him that's what I'm trying to do and he continues to rant to which I responded. DO NOT STOP HERE! IMBECILES run this establishment!

NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!!

UPDATE: I was treated unfairly! There were numerous micro aggressions I ignored just for the simple fact, I wanted to pamper myself for once in a long time. I sure did curse them out after paying $62 for unfinished work and still being treated as if I couldn’t pay AFTER having said $62 in his hand he tried to embarrass me saying it wasn’t that amount! To the reviewer trying to deny my experience with this establishment, you ARE NOT ME! I have no reason to lie and mind your business! I was offered drinks, didn’t want them! I had my own water with me! I only had one coat of gel polish applied to my toes which is why I said partially completed! I’LL NEVER...
