IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. I have reviewed a lot of places but this one takes the cake.
I had a fairly large order online via the app for me and my girlfriend to stop and pick up. I had the app guide me to the exact restaurant I ordered from so I can assure there were no errors.
Upon arrival I was told in a very unprofessional tone from a male representative that they didn't have the order. When I politely explained that I had the order on my phone with the exact location he stated "well I don't have it" in a rude tone.
I then stated in a concerned manner. "But... I paid for it and I can show you the app if that helps..."
Immediately a female voice interjected in a very aggressive tone, "sir, when we say we don't have it then we don't have it"
After that I start to get angry because despite my passiveness toward the situation they have continued to be rude from start to finish. I stated "I don't think there is a reason to be so rude about it, I just don't know what to do"
The female then states angrily "I'm not the one being rude, this is the way I talk. if anything you are the one being rude" which I wasn't at all, I had a more adjetated tone from being treated the way I had been from the moment I got their.
I asked for a manager and she claimed she was the manager... then I laughed and said " manager??? What a joke... you talk to people like this... and you're the manager...?"
After that I drove off with a 24 dollar charge on my account and no food.
Bottom line is, do you really want people like this preparing your food for you or even your loved ones? My answer is no. And because of this experience you will not catch me eating at another Taco Bell ever again. I know it's just a Taco Bell, but you can't treat people like this; fast food or not.
Despite them taking money from me, that wasn't even the highlight. The problem here is the principle. Some one hired...
Read moreI had a horrendous experience today at this Taco Bell. I ordered though the drive thru and proceeded to pick up my order. The order was a very simple order might I add. The wait was longer than I’ve ever experienced even at a dine in restaurant because the car in front of me had a much bigger order I guess.. Once I arrived to the window, I asked the employee if they wouldn’t mind possibly asking the person with a bigger order to pull around in the future that way the following guests aren’t waiting so long when their orders are much smaller. He responded to me that they can’t do that. I asked him why? Because I have ordered from them several times and have been asked several times to pull around if the order was gonna take longer than expected. He closed the window without answering and then took an additional 5 minutes to had me my order.
Once he came back to the window, I was a bit more irritated and told him that it wasn’t necessary for him to lie and that the wait is ridiculous and inconsiderate of the our time as customers. The employee screamed out the window that I should just go on and proceed. I screamed back at him but then decided I would pull around to speak with the manager.
I did just that and to my surprise the manager took no responsibility for the service they are meant to provide and responded to me that she heard me scream at him as well. I explained that I only responded the way he spoke to me and that his behavior shouldn’t be tolerated in the industry. I’m sure nothing was changed or even discussed so I will NEVER spend another dollar at this knock off mexican...
Read moreSo here’s my story… I was headed home from a night at the bars. All I could think about, was Taco Bell. I pulled up in the drive-through and it wasn’t even the AI voice greeting me… It was a real person. I already knew that this was going to be a great visit to my local Taco Bell, I ordered my food. By the way, they didn’t have an item I was looking for, but the lady offered the perfect substitute. I paid. Checked the contents of the bag. Everything was there. With a healthy amount of sauce. As I was making my way home, I couldn’t resist but to grab one of their brand new chicken tenders out of the bag. I reached in the container and pulled out a tender. This tender was very small. My initial thought was that my local Taco Bell didn’t care about me enough to give me a full size chicken tender. I ate the tender, because at the end of the day I was just hungry. I reached in the bag for another tender and found two more (this was a 2pc tender entree). This filled me with joy. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. The Taco Bell employees were conscious of the fact that I wasn’t getting what I paid for and made the necessary changes to put a smile on my face. I drove home more delighted than I had been in many moons. Thank you,...
