This store is the WORST! The salesperson Elizabeth is amazing, but she is the only good employee at Tiffany's. I have bought several expensive pairs of earring at this store over the years, and while Elizabeth is lovely, the people who are working on the operations side of the business suck! I went into the store last month to drop off a pair of very expensive diamond earring to be repaired. The backs were not staying in place, and I almost lost one of the earrings. They are very heavy earrings, with a lot of diamonds. They sent them to their New Jersey facility for repair. They said they would ship them to me when they were ready, as I live two hours away from the store. Yesterday I received an email that they sent my earrings to an old address, where I have not lived in over 2 years! They ignored the correct address, which was written on the repair order! It is almost noon the day after, an no one from Tiffany's management has reached out to apologize, and to tell me what they are doing to get my earrings back to me. According to Fedex, my earrings are in Tennessee right now, and they are headed to Boston tomorrow. I live on Cape Cod. I am sick with worry that they are going to be stolen, and then I will have to fight with Tiffany's to either get a new pair (if they have them in stock), or a refund, which amounts to several thousands of dollars.    Read moreI just went there with my daughter to return a ring she got for a Christmas present. The ring was too small, and she could not wear it. (clearly not worn) The two people at the front entrance stood stone-faced as I was told we could not return it as it had been past 30 days. Not even an exchange. I explained that we had a significant death in the family on December 26, and I was not thinking of her ring. (i was clearly upset) I couldn’t return it online as I did not know what size she wore. They told me I could purchase a necklace and she could wear it around her neck! I asked to speak to a manager who was of no help. I asked for the customer service number, and she gave it to me. I called while in the store. I explained everything on the phone to her (as the people who worked there looked at me like I was crazy). The customer service lady understood my concerns and allowed for an exchange. She said, given the circumstances and covid (surge in December in New England), she was glad to help.    Read moreIf I could give a zero star review I would. My boyfriend spent a lot of money to get me this necklace for our two year anniversary. After LESS THAN 48 hours this happened to it. I immediately stopped wearing it and took it in. We said we would like to return it and they said they would clean it for free on the spot and it wouldn't happen again. Sure enough, it happened again. He went to return it and they first said no returns without the bag AND the box. After he called Tiffany & Co and told them that wasn't true, they then said he couldn't return it because I had already worn it. They were SO rude to him and this is what my Necklace looked like after less than 2 days of wearing - not doing anything out of the ordinary wearing it. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!
