The worst experience i have ever had. I got absolutely brand new phone in March from apple store (7plus-the latest model by that time), I paid around 1000 $ and after purchase i realized that nobody could hear me, went to apple store and after diagnostics they found out that the microphone is defective (so i paid 1000 $ for broken phone) instead of being ashamed of selling messed up phone and being sorry, the employees behaved as if they are doing a favor to me, as if they are helping me with some MY problem not theirs and they gave me refurbished phone, so i got refurbished phone for 1000 $. And that is not the end of story. The new phone they gave instead of first one had an issue with camera it wasnāt working. And the very next day i went back saying: āare you guys kidding me giving me another messed up phoneā . They checked again and gave me another phone (so third phone) and they behaved like as if it is normal and supposed to be like that. The phone iāve got eventually was better than previous ones but the touch of the screen started freezing after a month, and i said to myself: āiāll try to handle with this phone until the warranty is over and then i will buy different product because i donāt want to go to the apple store again and waste my precious timeā . Then after some period of time the phone went worse and i just couldnāt text anything, it could just stop working at all at any time and then work properly like there never was an issue, and the touch didnāt work untill i didnāt turn that off and back on. And i said thatās enough, i canāt stand this anymore. I went to the store in natick mall, saying that it was my third iphone, i told the employee my issue and she checked the phone and instead of fixing my issue, she started claiming that i am a liar and they donāt have my history in their system and my phone has never been changed. I said are you kidding me? First i am not a liar (and i had proof, my receipts from apple store that they sent me previously on work they did). And it doenāt matter how many times you changed my phone, i came with your product that has an issue and your company has to fix that, i am just shocked how people are not ashamed of service they provide,on one hand the company is producing very low quality products (apple is not anymore that company it used to be, it is not better than any other cheap chinese company)on the other hand unqualified employees call customers liars instead of being ashamed of product they sold they started blaming me that it is all my fault, yes it is my fault that i got something from you. So after all of this i told i am not a liar and i showed my receipts on what they said they are sorry, and they eventually found my history in the system, they made a diagnostics and it said that the phone seems to be fine, and they just said they can do nothing, because their system shows that everything is fine. So apple guys you really need to work on your systems, because first - your system didnāt show my history and you called me a liar (which wasnāt true and i proved that) second- you are saying that the system is saying screen is fine however it is not fine at all, you should first check all your systems on how they work and only then check other peopleās issues). At the end they suggested me to fix the screen, i just donāt understand why you wanna change the screen if your system says the screen is fine, where is sense? And why should i get my screen fixed? Why? Did i pay 1000 for fixed phone? I could buy fixed phone for 400 the most expensive, i paid that amount of money to get that highest quality to have the highest level of service, i paid guys for your service, but unfortunately i wasted my money because you cost none. Unfortunately I've had several problems with phones that were not caused by me (they were defects). The latest problem I had was with a phone that was just barely over a month old. I was just simply holding my phone and all of a sudden a single hairline cracked down my screen. To me this wasn't that big of a problem because it didn't spider or affect its function or led. Though being an active person my phone gets bounced around a lot so I figured I'd go to apple sooner rather than later. I went to the Apple Store the very next morning and met with a very pleasant guy who was probably early- mid 20's (sorry pal I forgot your name) who was extremely kind and helpful. He explained that it was simply and imperfection in the glass and that it cracked due to temperature change. He assured me it wasn't my fault, informed me it was covered under warranty, and reserved a spot for me for the next 5 days so I wouldn't have to wait when I came back to have the screen replaced. Trip number one was awesome. Unfortunately we came back Monday morning and were there right when they opened the doors. I was greeted well by a very pretty ginger (sorry forgot your name too) and then met with a girl named either Melanie or melody. This is where my experience went from great to terrible. She mumbled, was not very converstional, and was quite frankly rude. Now I know that absolutely no one wants to deal with normal people who don't necessarily understand Apple (or any) technology at 10am on a Monday but she treated me like I was an idiot which, sorry Mel, I'm not. I love apple products and have learned a lot about them. I asked her if there had been any problems with screen replacements not being secure/popping out of the iPhone 6's (I had previously had this problem with another phone). Her response? very rude and degrading tone "Um actually were apple so no. You're going to get the exact same screen." Oh really?? You're apple?? I didn't know that from driving an hour to specifically get here, then walking under the giant apple sign, with my $800 apple phone that is broken because of an apple mistake, and being greeted with "hi welcome to apple how can I help you". I OBVIOUSLY didn't know that I was standing in an Apple Store!! Because what's a multi-billion world dominating company anyway? I'm clueless. I told her that I had previously had an apple phone that had the screen replaced at an Apple Store and they ultimately gave me a new phone because the screen kept popping out and she acted like I was being dumb. Even if my valid and very simple question was dumb, she's in customer service and most definitely should've had a better attitude. She took my phone, said come back in 30 minutes, and didn't say thank you or even you're welcome when I thanked her. She didn't say have a good day. She was extremely rude which in text is not very easy to convay but her body language, facial expressions, tone of voice, and seeming to not care was all very evident while in the store. Often companies will be surprised when a customer complains about a particular worker or whatever but I also work in customer service and know people have bad days- unfortunately, a bad day is no excuse for that kind of attitude. So I have to call back and go to the store again on Saturday. Well the technician Leah was very nice. What I did not like in the store what is there was too much horse play people falling around in the back of the store at work for Apple. Also, Leo had to pass me on to someone else on another table. Why they replaced my phone to load it up. Thereās a gun moment to all that stuff smells so bad what perfume and I complained they want to do anything about it on the same table else on with her, so she really couldnāt help me. I felt like it was more about numbers and Sales then about the and I even made that clear to the worker that this is more about numbers in very lousy customer service. So I decided to call the store on Monday to speak to the manager to let him know he wouldnāt even speak to me. The person to take the call was very rude and said I will relay the message to the manager. What bothers me is first of all they shouldāve fix my problem on Thursday of that week and then on top of it why should I had to go back in on a Saturday? The place was busy the young woman it was helping me said you shouldāve asked questions when she had another person on the table. I feel very much insulted by this whole store and I blame it on the manager. I found this manager to be very arrogant pompous and for a nasty. The impression I got was get me in the store and get me out. that with other people. Well, Iām also a U.S. Army veteran and as a customer the way I feel I will never buy another Apple product again after my phones a paid off. Iām so aggravated with this whole store and then call and speak to the manager. I never had that happen to me before you mean to tell me you canāt have time for his calls that is very rude and disrespectful and arrogant and clean nasty. That manger should be fired I know one thing. I know one thing for sure Iām not gonna buy another apple park again in the future Iām gonna go to the android after this this is very lousy. It also pardon me with all the horse playing with the employees, their phone around in the back of the room where my wife and I were sitting. The young woman that was a technician out every time she walked by me. You can smell her she was so bad. My wife and I thought we were gonna get sick because of her. Also, Leo was a very good technician. He shouldāve stayed with my wife and I and your excuses that the store is busy. No itās about money not about Apple customer care. I have been a big fan of apples since I got the iPhone 6 that was my first iPhone and I decided that my Wi-Fi not gonna have strictly Apple only but after this store manager and his crew, I will never buy another Apple product again I am so upset. I cannot put it in the words! They wanted to get me in the store and out. Also, when I went into Apple, they were more interested in making money on a screen protector plus the 99 have TMoble so they replace my screen protectors for free but it shouldāve been about that. What part is the most the manager would not take time to talk to a customer on Monday when I called. I will never ever step in to an Apple Store again. I will never go to need it...
