dd's DISCOUNTS — Local services in National City

Everytime I shop here which is frequently… I get treated very poorly. I am paying for my items and the cashiers don’t bag all of my items they stuff everything in 1 bag and just except me to carry all the other items that I paid for, then they say “your receipt is right there” and they call the next customer and start ringing them up while I’m bagging my items because these employees think this is a self checkout. Today I wasn’t even done paying and the woman helping me started scanning the next customers items when I had a balance do still and just had the other customer lingering while I’m paying… 0 customer service here I will not be returning to this location the supervisors are there just standing around letting customers be treated like this. You can’t take the carts outside so why aren’t these employees bagging all...

I went to 2 Dd's today. 1)First one on National avenue in San Diego. The store was dingy and dirty. Customer service was horrible. We bought 7 crowns for an event ( 120.00) and asked the cashier if she could wrap the fragile ones in a bag to protect them and then put in seperate bags to carry out to the car. She said no. I can't do that. I asked her because I didn't want to break cause they will break on the way home the way your packaging them, she said- then return them back broken. Oh my. So I called for a manager and asked the same thing. She abliged but seemed bothered. 2) Second dd's on Sweetwater Road. The cashier was awesome and didn't even question why or how come. We spent 250.+ in crowns and she was considerate and attentive to make sure our crowns were...

Great store for good deals but the dressing room attendant is SO RUDE!! Hadn’t been to dd’s in a while so didn’t know your suppose to put your clothing articles on a rack when you go in and when you come out so she can count them. Every other store you go to you say how many articles you have and so on, No problem. Well she had an awful attitude because I didn’t know this was now how you are required to do at dd’s. And went on to express how people don’t read the sign and how she always has to repeat herself. Well lady you might have to repeat yourself once, twice even a hundredth time cause some customers just don’t know or don’t have time to read signs when mostly every other store don’t require such things. Won’t be returning to that...
