Read my last reply at the end of it.it was clearly stated when my husband ask them to remove the tint but Allan refused.Why will you ask to bring all cars for free for tinting because of inconvenience then?.So if i brought 10 cars there and i still wrote a review what do you think he will do next?plus we did not run.Allan was the one who said he will not remove it. It has been almost 2 wks that an incident happened in this shop and i decided to express my dismay,frustration and disappointment we experienced. Let's start chronologically,Fri(sep 1) when we went and check this store for rims which Peter(the main person we are complaining about)gave us a deal for 1350 including tail light smoke and tinted.He also said they have financing which is better.At this moment everything is ok no issues and told us "everything" is here,car will be done tom(sat) late in pm.Next day,we brought the car and around approx 145 he called and said car wont be ready.we went there and asked him why did he tell us it will be done that day.He said he needed to order a special lugnut and insisted to bring the car back on wed and he lost 280 bucks for that,which now irritates me because it is not our fault.I assume they should know what the car (acura TL)needs and he physically saw the car. The reason we took it over the wknd because we work.But he keeps insisting just bring the car back on wed,obviously he dont get the point,inconvenience and no time to "just bring the car".Again he pulled the, ive paid 280 for the lugnut,the impression i got is,why are we complaining it's free.I hate it when people assume everything will be ok when you say free!Just because it is free you can act like a big shot.He made it like no other choice but their way.so we decided to cancel,but then Peter insisted that the snap financing will not cancel,i asked why and he said they wont.I called Snap so i know the reason,for me, you cant just say no without a valid reason. And if i find it reasonable then lets make a common ground to continue the service.Conversation with snap happened and snap also called merchant(store) who they spoke with Peter.Peter just lied straight up to the rep and told them the car is in the shop and working on it while in reality our car was across the street with no rims from them. Now,Peter is making everything worst!.he even told us to take the rims and do whatever you want and they will not cancel. This made me so upset and frustrated.Peter lied to us and to SNAP rep.The relentless lies.i spoke to the mgr Alan and he said its all about he said, she said!and i said ive been on the fone talking to the rep so there shouldnt be two different stories since we are talking to the same representative.Im so disgusted with them especially Peter.We left and Allan the mgr called and apologized for all the inconvenience and told us to take all our cars(family/friemds)and they will tint for free.I really do not care if it is free and do not treat your customer stupid.It is not about free stuff it is the credibility and honesty/integrity of the shop.why am i gonna take our car to a shop that i do not trust anymore. it's good for them because we did not take our cars and they didnt lose more.Like i said It's not about free stuff. If they will reply and say they tinted(40 dollars) for free then il have another answer and proof that everything was even.they need to improve customeer service and the way they handle problems like this.

Read moreZERO STARS I was just ripped off and taken as a victim of this place. I went in and spent $3,850 on pure disappointment and un ethical practice. The staff seems to be a bunch of unprofessional a-matures, that are just out to take peoples money. Peter the "Sales Guy" will promise you the world and back to make whatever money he needs to make and then far under delivers. With so much regret I paid these chumps for a lift kit, new tires and an alignment. The lift kit was not properly installed ( or wasn't even the right one for our truck.) a couple of months later I realized the thread on the tires was very worn, at the same time neighbor of mine then pointed out that the tires were not aligned and were not straight. I called true customs the very next day and speak to Abel who is the so called "manager". He told me to bring the truck in to check it out. Once their he sent us to go get an alignment which true customs agreed to pay for. At the alignment shop, the tech that was helping told us that the arm supports where placed backwards, there for he would not be able to do the alignment. With that being said it's obvious that they never did an alignment to begin with ( like I had paid for) otherwise they would of noticed there was a problem! After that we returned to True Customs and relayed the information to Abel. He told us to leave the truck and he would find out what the problem was. At that moment we requested that they fix the lift kit, and replace the worn tires for new tires (because it was as their negligence of poor workman ship, that lead the tires to ware down so much in only a couple of months). Abel said he would try to figure out what the problem was, but we would have to buy new tires because it's been two and a half months. We did not agree to that, since again it was their POOR WORKMANSHIP that lead to this problem. I then proceeded to give them time to make things right and fix the problems only to get the run around by everyone. Every time I called to get an update, I would get an answer. Instead they would just say they would call us back, but they never did. They had my truck since November 8 2019 till today November 14th 2019 and they haven't done one thing to my truck. On the other hand, When I went in today, Peter was there. He just handed us the keys and didn't even acknowledge the fact, that I had just spoken to him an hour earlier and he promised over the phone that he was going to make things right. Never the less we walked out only to find that the truck was parked around the block from their shop ( out of their sight, out of their mind). With that being said ( and only partial of the story) Save your time and money and don't bother being a victim of this shady business. I just reported a charge dispute on my credit card and I encourage everyone else that has been ripped of by them to do the same. I will be reporting true customs to the BUREAU OF CONSUMER PROTECTION/FEDERAL CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION and to every social platform available. These people are thieves. They knowingly jeopardize the life and safety of people who pay them with hard earned money, just so they can make a buck. As a business owner my self, I fee very ashamed that there are business like this out there. NO INTEGRITY, NO STANDARDS, NO QUALITY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, AND DEFINITELY NOT TRUST WORTHY!
By the way the owner Alan never called me like I was told several times.
And I forgot to add, that when the invoice was written up, they verbally expressed that they were going to make modifications to the invoice so they wouldn't have to pay sales tax. Im sure the IRS won't even happy...

First, you said that you guys are very informative. let me respond to this. We brought our car there on Friday September 1st. Peter said that the wheels and tires we picked are in stock, bring it early the following day Saturday Sep 2 and you will have my car ready by the end of the day so we brought my car around 9:30 the next morning. If you were very informative like you claimed to be, then why did you call me after 4 hours to tell me you were not able to do my car because you dont have the parts you need? You guys have that shop for 12 years and you are telling us that you dont know the right parts you need for a certain car? Second, you said that i ran out of your store without paying the tint that you put in my car. Dont you have security cameras in your store? we can play that to see what really happend that day. As soon as i get home we spoke in the phone, (i still have my call logs just incase you deny) when we were disagreeing you told me that i still have the tint in my car. I asked you to remove it but, you said you dont want to take it off, you said that you spoke to the owner of the shop and he said to let everything go and even told me to bring all our cars for free tint because you know its your fault. And if I ran out of your store without paying, then why are you just telling us this after my wife's review? Third, you told me over the phone that we lied about our review because you heard the conversation between Peter and Snap financing. Remember all calls are monitored and recorded for quality purposes? You lied again. Third, acussing us of being a scam? Here is my answer to this. We paid you a day a head of service because you said the car will be done the following day. Why pay if we want to scam? I have the invoice that you signed just incase you lie again. If we are scam and we got what we are after, then why would we write a review with our real names and pictures in it? Doesnt make sense right? Why wait after 2 weeks (after my wifes review) to tell us we are scam and do not pay? You called me and threatened to call a police on me because i refused to remove our review now you are false accusing us to depend yourself. We can take this to a legal matter if you want. Customers, please read all reviews before going to this place. They are low rated for a reason. If we are lying, what can we actually gain from this? And like you said you will call a police on us? Please have them check our records and backrounds so you know if we really are scammers.
