I have recently remodeled a bathroom and have very much enjoyed working with Ellie at Frank Webb. She has been very responsive to all of my picky questions that have continued for months. Even now we are down to the last detail after all has been delivered and installed and she is still trying to help find the last missing thing. If you arrive on a day the person you are working with isn't in or has another appointment everyone in the showroom is very helpful. It is a calm, relaxing place to shop. Frank Webb has held my selections in the warehouse for months when our project was delayed. Other places will charge storage fees after a month or so. Rude and arrogant manager alert. I watched in horror when the manager, a woman I hope is no longer employed yelled and degraded multiple staff members in my presents. I wanted to exchange a faucet I had previously bought and my sales person did not have us sign off or discuss the 20% restocking fee assessed if we returned the in Stock faucet. We got our money back but the manager was rude and mean to me and her staff. When you call there you are hard pressed to get someone who knows,everything.
