I just went to many of the mattress stores in the Boston area, and not only was the quality of the mattress at Gardner better, but the prices were too. Zach Patt at the Needham location was very knowledgeable and immediately helped me find and locate the best product for my needs in their inventory. Zach explained all of the options available to me, worked within my price range, and helped me find a quality mattress I look forward to sleeping on for many years - now the agonizing wait for delivery!

First experience with Gardner, and could not have been happier with the entire transaction. Zach was our staff member at the Needham store who took the time to pinpoint the mattresses that likely checked most of our boxes. He provided the pros and cons of each, and informed us of their exchange program. We ended up getting the Lux organic mattress, and it was delivered within a week and a half. The delivery team was super polite and delivered the new one and took the old one away. Only a few nights sleep on the new mattress, but so far so good.
