I have lived at The Kendrick for over a year now and continue to have various problems. Multiple packages have been lost. Also, most of the time, package notifications are sent to the wrong resident. Additionally, the fire alarms go off extremely frequently, including in the middle of the night, with no explanation from management. Most of the equipment in the gym is broken or very dirty and once again management does not acknowledge this. Management sends the same weekly email to residents but never addresses any issues. Instead of copying & pasting an email each week start taking action. Those working in the leasing office are incredibly rude and do not care to help to resolve any issues you have with the building or unit.
Update as of 1/13/25: Maintenance personnel came to our apartment for the 3rd time in two months without giving us notice. Our lease states that tenants must receive 48-hours notice if someone needs to enter their unit. This has now been breached 3 times since Bozzuto started managing the building. We called the office and of course there was no answer again and no one returned our call or email. Bozzuto does not care to fix any issues the tenants have. $4,000 a month is a lot to pay to deal with a management company that continues to breach your lease.
Update as of 4/1/25: The building has lost another package of ours. The Assistant General Manager, Renee Bagge, stated she could see the package get delivered on the security footage but can't see anything after that, which obviously is a lie. She was rude and did absolutely nothing to help us. Renee kept saying "just reach out to Amazon." We have looked into getting our packages delivered another way. Additionally, we just received an email that effective on 4/4/25 we can no longer pay our rent online. This is inconvenient and 3 days notice is obviously not enough time for people to purchase checks.
Update as of 7/15/25: The building scheduled air filter replacements in all units but then sent an email saying they couldnāt do the replacements as 1 maintenance team member was out. We then left for vacation and returned a week later to our air conditioning no longer working, water coming up through the floor, and mold in our pantry. A maintenance employee took our call and when he opened the air conditioning unit it was entirely ice. Fixing this, the mold, and the water damage to the floors took another two days. We evacuated the unit while they repaired everything but the Kendrick told us we could stay which was clearly a way for them to not have to reimburse us. It was over 80 degrees and unbearable without a working air conditioning and itās unhealthy to live in a space with lots of mold. Today our electricity went out and when we called the Kendrick office we were told to call Eversource as they could not fix it. It turns out it was not an Eversource problem but actually a problem with the main breaker in the mechanical room. Itās frustrating that no one working here wants to help the residents.

My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of touring The Kendrick in Needham, and I couldnāt be more impressed with both the property and the outstanding customer service provided by the property manager, Andres Ruiz.
From the moment we arrived, Andres was welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the available units and explained all the features and amenities in detail. His knowledge of the property was impressive, and he answered all of our questions with patience and clarity.
What stood out most to me, however, was Andres' kindness and approachability. He made us feel comfortable right away and ensured we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. His friendly and personable nature truly made the entire experience enjoyable very memorable.
I left the tour feeling confident and excited about the possibility of calling The Kendrick home, all thanks to Andres' excellent service. Itās rare to encounter such professionalism combined with genuine care, and we truly appreciated the effort he put into making our tour such a positive experience.

Hanz, the maintenance manager goes above and beyond to make sure the building operates seamlessly and to each resident's level of satisfaction. Hanz and his team have always responded within 24 hours, nearly the day of to all maintenance requests (which is unheard of in most buildings)! Without his leadership and dedication the building wouldn't operate the same.
The front desk is extremely friendly and professional. Specifically Shanaya and Jimmy do an outstanding job. Not only do they respond to all resident's requests, but they also have the most friendly faces in the morning to start your day. This is a huge one for me because they set the tone and exude the best energy for the building.
The property manager, Erin runs the building to it's highest potential and ensures residents are happy. With her leadership and dedication, she creates a community and living environment from being great to extortionary. Without this team the building really wouldn't be the same!
Beyond that the building is beautiful especially the amenities!
