Normally have a really good experience getting propane refilled here, with an older gentleman. However, this visit we were helped by a snotty woman who refused to fill half our tanks because they “needed recertified” (another $12.50 charge) and refused to fill our large tank because it wasn’t completely empty. We were only able to fill three small tanks and it was way more expensive than it has been in the past. Apparently this woman also yelled at a customer inside who also asked about the older gentleman, thinking he was the owner. To my understanding she’s the owner. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Anyway, we won’t be back. I recommend Ballard’s Campground in Fidelity! They are extremely kind, prices are reasonable and they don’t give you any BS we dealt...

The employees are the kindest and most sincere people. The place my boyfriend takes scrap to uses the feed stores scales so we had to come by twice. And the second time he realized his good ole Dodge ram was about to seize up cause we m needed oil so bad. We were broke and stressed n the older gentleman working the counter told him to take the gallon of oil and just come back when he got the cash from the yard. And In this day and age I wouldn't expect anyone to go out on a limb like that. But he did that above and beyond and I love that .. And they have really good prices compared to...

I’ve always loved this feed store so I thought I’d sing their praises! They’re friendly, helpful and prompt. I’ve rarely ever had to wait and when I have they’re always sure to let you know that they’ll be with you shortly and appreciate your patience. You just don’t get this kind of service at commercial feed stores like orcheln or tractor supply. The quality of their products is also the best. It’s worth the drive for me to get what I need and give my money to folks...
