If I could give this Aldi zero stars, I would. The Neptune location is an embarrassment to the brand and a slap in the face to the community. The parking lot and sidewalks are consistently covered in trash, broken bags, and litter—making it clear that management has no respect for their customers or the neighborhood they operate in. It looks neglected and dirty every single time I visit, which says everything about how little they care.
What makes this worse is that I have taken the time to fill out multiple surveys and send messages through their website, hoping that someone in corporate would take notice and address the issue. Every single attempt has been ignored. No response, no follow-up, no action. That silence speaks volumes about how Aldi views its customers: as disposable as the garbage piling up outside their store.
This location desperately needs accountability, but until Aldi decides to respect its customers and the community, I’ll be shopping elsewhere—and encouraging others to do the same. Neptune deserves...

Read moreCurbside pickup is a joke, don’t do it. No clear process in place, the app didn’t work, no employees available to help inside without waiting in the checkout line (why is why I paid for curbside pickup to avoid all of that in the first place). When I couldn’t find anyone to help, I found the curbside pickup fridge and took my stuff that I paid for in advance, and there were no signs saying employees only / don’t enter. Then on my way out the manager gave me a hard time for going in the fridge, implied I was using someone else’s account, and said I should’ve found someone to help. I want my 2 bucks back for the non existent curbside pickup along with the brain cells I lost from dealing with the manager during...
