Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ocean Township

I have ordered twice from this location, and had a problem both times. But today was the worst. I ordered on the Pizza Hut website at 7:27pm tonight for delivery. The site is very slow and glitchy, btw -- surprising for a major corporate chain. Order confirmation said it would arrive by 8pm. At 7:48pm, I received a text update (from DoorDash - who Pizza Hut uses to deliver) saying my driver was approaching with my order. At 7:50pm, I received another text saying my order was left in a safe location. The text also included a link for more details, which showed a notification from DoorDash saying it was delivered and that the driver was to call me - which he/she did not. I checked outside and my food was not at either entrance to my apartment. As I was about to call the restaurant, I got another text at 7:55pm from Pizza Hut (not DoorDash) saying my order was out for delivery. Confusing. I waited a few minutes and checked outside again -- still no food. I walked around apartment building. No food. I called the restaurant for help and was hung up on FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES by a young lady before even getting to speak!!! I have no dinner, and no resolution. I submitted a complaint thru the website since nobody will speak to me on the phone. I am expecting a full refund. A manager needs to call me. Extremely frustrated. They have my $ and I...

Yesterday the app wasn't working so unfortunately I had to use the calling center. The calling center is def based out of another country and sounds like they work from home with all the noise in the background. So I order the big dinner box and she never stipulated anything like the upcharges for the wings and also didnt bother to ask how we wanted the pizza. When we picked the order up we got honey bbq wings when we ordered mild buffalo the pizza was thin when we prefer original pan and then the cheese sticks had no seasoning on top. On top of all that when we arrived to pick up the order and I said they didnt ask for my name so I gave my phone number and I guess that annoyed the cashier bc she was rude to my husband. I gave it 2 stars because the service was great, otherwise it would have been a 1. I order a hand tossed plain cheese pizza and I must say that I have never had pizza dough like this, which is not a good thing. The dough was hard and a different type of thick especially the crust, definitely couldn't have been pizza dough. The sauce was a bit too salty. I ended up adding my own garlic and Italian seasoning on top just to make it a little better. Pizza Hut has surely fallen off from what it used to be with soft, buttery, garlic crust and amazing bread sticks. I thought maybe since this Pizza Hut was new, it would have been better.
