Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Neptune Township

USED to be a great local place for great pizza. That was years ago. Since changing management, service has plummeted. Twice now I've ordered pizza relatively late (30 mins to closing) and the order took an hour and a half to be delivered and was cold when it arrived. The staff aren't necessarily rude but definitely have a "whatever" attitude. On top of that the customer is charged extra fees built into the cost of the order AND expected to tip?! "Whatever" is right. That's EXACTLY the kind of tip you get now from me and you're lucky to get anything. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered delivery online, recieved a confermation message saying pizza would arrive at 10:15. At 10:45 called to confirm they were on there way and the man on the phone was very nasty, said they didnt have our order and hung up on me. When I called again and asked for a manager his responce was that the owner was busy making pizzas and that I should call corporate to make a complaint. Terrible customer service. I'm already slightly opposed to the owners racist rants but thought to give it another chance. I ordered 2 large pies for my daughter's class the moment they opened. I called an hour later to check the status of the delivery, they answered the phone as with no greeting, when i said I'm calling to check the status of the delivery he was rude and said, "I told you 50 minutes", nothing about whether the pies were actually done, still at the store or just left.
