If I could have given this BK zero stars I definitely would have. Ever since the new franchise owner took over a few months ago and brought in all new people, the customer experience here became utterly abysmal.
Firstly, the new general manager, Shannon, the one who is supposed to be at the helm of this Titanic, is invariably outside, either on her phone or smoking. And when she is inside at the register she has the absolute meanest look on her face. I live two minutes away and, without exaggeration, as many times as I've gone there, I have yet to see her smile at any customers or even utter two simple words "thank you." At least she maintains consistency though. She is consistently rude and disrespectful at any single time throughout the day, every single day. If Shannon's insidious temperament is indicative of the rest of BK's management team, then this BK will imminently fail in this location.
Secondly, I visited this morning and, as anticipated, they screwed up my order, once again. And it's not like the place was busy or the drive thru was inundated with customers or my order was complicated. I simply order a breakfast meal consisting of a bacon, egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and a small coffee. Sounds pretty basic, right? Nope! The gentleman forgot to put the hash browns inside my bag. So I came back in and politely asked for my hash browns. He didn't apologize at all and actually behaved like it was my fault and I was bothering him. How appalling is that?
I think I know why his behavior was atrocious and so deficient. The entire time I was there, this guy was on his phone having an animated conversation with someone. Is this type of insolent behavior tolerated and fostered by management? The answer became quite clarion to me because Shannon was likewise on her phone and smoking outside the entire time I was there.
For reasons unbeknownst, this is the umpteenth time they've screwed up such basic orders. Honestly, this neighborhood certainly needs a fast food restaurant here like BK. But, if this type of management sanctioned, substandard customer service continues to flourish and permeate the business, then this BK will last as long as their "Satisfries" did back in 2014.
Oh yeah, one last thing Shannon. When the customer comes first, the customer will last. You might want to read some of your latest customer reviews from the very people who pay...
Read morethis location is close to where i work and since lunch is short i like to shoot over. and typically i like the Whopper Jr. Duo but today the burgers were legit cold and as you see in the pic the cheese isn't even melty. when i placed my order, there was only one car ahead of me so not quite sure what the rush was that i couldn't be provided a hot burger. this experience leaves me disappointed to say the least.
recently came for a quick bk'fast item and decided on something different-the bk breakfast melt. it was a poor decision and not worth the price point. the bread wasn't buttery toasted to the golden brown, just plain white bread to say the least and it wasn't hot so didn't get the melt on this breakfast melt either. won't ever order this again. the irony is that i had zero cars in front or behind me this time. so not understanding why the wait if you're just going to rush and not make food items...

Ordered my food and fries were luke warm sandwich was ice cold and bread was stale. I don't care what you do for a living weather it's working as a lawyer, fast food worker or sanitation dept.. whatever your job is do it with pride and don't serve anyone something you wouldn't want served to yourself. The fact that this store is still there is a miracle in itself. I can only believe that it must be corporate owned store. If so they need to hire people who are going to represent the brand with pride instead of having an attitude because they don't want to be there. Last time me or my family will ever eat at this location again. If they don't clean up their act soon this store won't last here much...
