Horrible experience with the owner. The minute I walked in to return 2 tires, the owner was quick to find ways to not except my package. He said the tires need to be packaged in a box, then he said he had to way of putting my return sticker on the tire. IT'S A STICKER. Then I needed 2 stickers not 1. He would not help me print a sticker or find a solution. He then rolled my tires towards me, kicked me out of his store and tried to start a fight in the parking lot with me. THIS IS THE OWNER. He had no intentions of taking my return shipment. Probably because the bulky tires and method actually required him to do some work. Funny how the owners attitude changes when you have to put in a little effort to earn your pay. Nasty, little, angry man, cussing me out in the middle of UPS I'm adding to this review cause I can't seem to find a way to respond to my last review. 🤷 Not sure why or how. I strongly recommend that customers find a different location for UPS needs. This is a franchise operated established business. PLEASE don't allow a lazy rude man who CHASED me out into a parking lot to physically assault me. Sweating, spitting, red faced with arms in the air trying to fight me over retuning tires. PLEASE don't allow this behavior to be rewarded. This is a person who thinks he can abuse...

First off: Keep in mind that this is a BUSY store because it's the only one in the immediate area. That being said, The entire staff is competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned and honest about saving you money and caring for your package. The one negative review on here is definitely an exception to the norm. The photocopies are only 8 cents each, the boxes and supplies are very low priced and high quality. I have been using this store for 7 years and have never had an issue or problem. Again, as far as the business goes...it's Murphy's Law. When you walk by, it's empty, but when you need to send a package, boom, so does everyone else. That's just life. One last thing: I went there once and they told me straight up it would be easier to send that specific package using the Unites States Postal Service. That honesty alone will keep me coming back and continually keep me satisfied of what this UPS Store has to...
