Brand Hospitality Events & Catering (The Exchange and Brooklyn & The Butcher) — Local services in New Albany

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I hired Brand Hospitality Events and Catering to help out with my daughter’s bridal shower - Tea with the Bride-to-Be on 8/30/25. I ordered several items off of their appetizer list that would be appropriate for a tea party. All were phenomenal! From the BLT deviled eggs, pimento cheese sandwiches, chicken salad slider, smoke salmon cucumbers and chocolate/caramel cheesecake bites….all were a HUGE hit! But what struck me most, was the work ethic and thoughtfulness of the staff working. I paid for 2 workers to help out the day of the event. It was the absolute best decision that I made. They kept the flow of the event moving and looked through the timeline thoroughly and even tested out the timing of the tea kettles, etc. to make sure all would run smoothly during the event. From the serving of the three teas, to the placing and serving of the food….everything was PERFECT! Before the event started, Charles went out of his way offering to make labels for the tiered trays and ran back to The Exchange to grab extra “to go” boxes for the leftover food so that guests could take a treat home. Charles wanted to make sure that the event was a success and even brought a 3rd person in to oversee and make sure all ran smoothly. I couldn’t believe the professionalism and thoughtfulness of all of the staff. They were so kind and my daughter, Reagan, even mentioned how while serving, all of the staff congratulated her on her special day. They spent time cleaning up afterward and helping out. The fact that they just saw things that needed to be done and just did it without bombarding me with questions….was so appreciated. I am so excited to have them catering the wedding in 7 weeks. I recently had the pleasure of hosting my son and daughter-n-law’s rehearsal dinner at The Exchange, and I cannot express enough how exceptional the experience was. From the moment we walked in, the professionalism and service were top-notch. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The food choices were delicious, with options that catered to all our guests’ tastes. Each dish was prepared to perfection, leaving everyone thoroughly impressed. The facility itself was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. My fiancé and I are using The Exchange to cater our wedding in February, and after our tasting we couldn’t be more excited. Everything exceeded our expectations. We spoke with Hannah and Charles a little before coming in to go over menu options, and picked which dishes we wanted to try. When we came in we were greeted with a smile, and seated promptly. The drinks from the bar while we waited for our food (not a long wait, may I add) were delicious. The appetizers were amazing, we chose the BLT deviled eggs and the bruschetta. Our courses to follow were the chicken picatta and red wine braised short rib. The short rib was so tender it was just falling apart, and the flavor was out of this world. The chicken picatta was my favorite, the Amish chicken is so fresh and was delightful.
