Very caring, compassionate and the help they’ve given me has allowed me to stay in my home. Cannot say enough about how grateful I am for their help. My interaction and explanation of my issues with the receptionist got me to the right person who could help me. If I had just been transferred to the person I initially asked for, it might have taken days for the issue to get to the appropriate person who, when I spoke to her immediately solved my issue and provided additional guidance. I have called and left voicemails for over six months trying to get my mom medical assistance. Anytime that I have called no one ever picks up the phone. I have had to come in to the office twice to actually talk with someone. The receptionist does nothing but sit at the desk and pretend to work. While I was there I heard her listening to voicemails and just deleting them, she did not even try to forward the message to the right person.
