Blue Magnolia — Local services in New Bern

The staff were too busy talking to help anyone with anything and when I asked a question they acted like I was out of line for interrupting their conversation. I don't like this location and that is too bad. I lost nothing in there and thus have absolutely no reason to go back in there except the item I bought failed within the first 30 minutes of use. I guess I will have to go back to return the junk they sold me. I'm very disappointed because I have always had good experiences at Harbor Freight. I guess the management at this one doesn't really care about their customers experience of the store. Seriously, I was shocked at the level of indifference of the staff. Well, they weren't exactly indifferent. As I said, they cared about one thing which was the conversation they were engaged in with each other was interrupted and that obviously was not to their liking. I expect this low quality of people at Wal Mart, McDonald's, etc...but Harbor Freight? Just terrible management, any employee problem is always a management...

This was a cute home goods store. They had mostly homey decorative items but they did sell many handbags, purses, wallets, etc. A wide variety of decor for many different themes/aesthetics of houses are sold here.
