Harris Teeter Pharmacy — Local services in New Bern

If I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star I would. My refill was delayed a week because the staff was faxing the authorization request to the wrong doctor's office. After I found out the what the issue was I called the pharmacy and confirmed the correct information then promptly received a text that afternoon that the doctor did not authorize the request. My doctor never received any request. They were still faxing it to the wrong doctor. My doctor finally reached out to the pharmacy to get the situation resolved, but when the prescription STILL wasn't refilled I called the pharmacy again to find out the delay. The first woman I spoke to hung up on me. When I called back and spoke to the pharmacist he immediately started talking over me. I was astonished at the rude arrogance considering they were completely at fault...

Best decision I've made in a while was leaving Walgreens (now Rite Aid) pharmacy and bringing my meds to HT. The nicest group of people work here. (minus 1 female who is always in a rush, not very friendly) The pharmacists actually care about the needs of their customers. Refills from doctors very fast and fast fills after a faxed over request. The reason I give 5 stars is because collectively they are so amazing above any other pharmacy I've used I overlook the negative Nancy that I only deal with on occasion. You won't regret changing to this...

I have spent the last few days getting ping-ponged between 3 different Walgreens to have a prescription, and coupon, transferred in New Bern while I see my parents. The Walgreens in Greenville called me 'ridiculous" for wanting the coupon sent.
