BIANCA NEEDS TO GET FIRED!! She doesn't know what she's doing. She's extremely rude and basically is just there collecting her check. I ask her to help because I've been calling customer service for 2 days now. She tells me to call again and try clicking 0 I told her a number of times I've done that already for the past 2 days, yet she still continues to tell me to keep calling. SO I do and call back after of course not being able to get through. Guess what she says?! Keep calling until you get through. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Does she work for metro pcs or not? Instead of helping me over the phone she said come in. Yea yea that's cool an everything but is she really trying to say she can help me in the store but not over the phone? Howwwwww??? We were inquiring about the phones and service and all she gave us was a nasty customer service attitudes and also very rude from the minute we walk in to we walked out. This employee doesn't have a good custermer service. I resperespectfully ask that she get fired asap because you not only going to continue to lose customers but also lots of sales with her rudeness. Explained it all again. I asked her if she would work with me contacting Xfinity. Which was a excellent provider but I was moving and had no choice but to give them up.
