Sweetwater Juice Bar & Deli — Restaurant in New Britain

I really wanted to love this place because it seems to be popular amongst my coworkers. I tried them for the 1st time and ordered a Salad with Chicken last week. The chicken was flavorful but It literally only had a handful of lettuce. I usually am full after having a salad but it was so dainty that I was still so hungry after. So today I decide forget getting a salad I'll order a smoothie as thats what they're known for. I wait for my smoothie for 20 minutes before a woman comes out and says we have no watermelon. It wasn't even busy. There was literally only one man before me and it took 20 minutes to even glance at my order and notice they didn't have an ingredient after I paid and literally waited 20 minutes?! I mention to her that I just waited 20 minutes and the lady just looks at me. Doesn't even offer an apology. I decided to just receive a refund Because the service was terrible and I was already late returning to work. When I get back to work I was venting to a coworker about how long I waited just for them not to have an item. Someone walking by overheard and said where? SWEET WATER? Sadly, seems this is a common occurrence and I won't be returning. It's a shame as I love supporting small businesses...

Great atmosphere with delicious food and friendly staff. Today I had the wheat wrap with salmon, jerk sauce, hot peppers, cheese and spinach. My wrap was nice & hot with everything packed neatly inside of it. I tasted every ingredient with every single bite (Yessss). I've had juices in the past which were scrumptious to say the least. I plan on trying all the unique flavors named after people in the community and family close to the owner. I love that everything is healthy and fresh. Great Place, I work up the road from them. I visit about 3x a week. I have to say I am a creature of habit and always order the same thing when i go places. I can say that I have tried every wrap on there menu with the GARLIC SAUCE which is delicious btw! now i moved on to trying all there salads. OH and there smoothies with a bit of protein are all great!!
