My husband and I both were with AT&T for 21 years yes 21 years my sister had told me about your service Metro PC through T-Mobile and said to me I know a place to go to is in New Britain let's go I have sent here myself my husband and I have one I think you and your husband would like that I went there and I met this woman there xiochi not only convinced me that I would be better off with this company she has helped me on three other occasions to fix my phone when I've had issues I have calling the service online and I was given a run-around they weren't able to fix my phone as soon as I went into the New Britain store and saw her she was able to fix it on both times I need to have it fixed identi sided to get my husband a phone through her and that store because of her she is always in a good mood she has a beautiful smile and attitude and that is a person you would want in your store anyone who wants to have great customer service or a great service go there and see her she goes above and beyond for the company and she should be acknowledged I am very pleased with what we have and...

They are always hiding in the back with closed doors. Getting information or assistance is like pulling teeth. Makes you wonder why they work there if they give you as little help as they can to get by. Places are always empty,not one costumer the four times I've ever went to one of these places. I stopped in today and spoke with Sophie ( I hope) the spelling is correct. I am in the customer service field and she deserves a 10 of 5. She is a professional and represents the company isn an extremely positive light. I was recommended to come see her and know else at the store and I am so glad I did.
