Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New Britain

Hello, let me begin with I have frequented this establishment on many occasions,...that being said, I want to say this was the WORST experience I have had so far, I went in about 4:30 on a Wed. the young man who was taking orders was chewing gum as he taking orders. He was chomping and smacking with his open mouth, it was nasty to watch. I still went on to order,.....he was so disoriented that he was not paying attention to a word I said regarding my order. So, I ordered a sausage deep dish pizza and an order of puffs with sauce I included a tip when I checked out. He said 10 minutes. I came back to a woman calling my name and saying I ordered a meat pizza to which I said no and explained I ordered sausage. I was on a time constraint and had to wait for my sausage pizza to be made. because he was not paying attention!!!!. That came and I said where are my pizza puffs?. The young man said that i wasn't charged but was giving them to them to me. I said what did i pay 16.00 for?....he acted like I was supposed to be grateful he was giving me the puffs.. I said I put a tip.. to which he said if you wanted to give a tip that was up to you.........I was so put off with the customer service and the quality of the food. It was nasty. I will not be going back any time soon...Its actually a shame because I drove a bit to get the pizza....I will tell anyone who asks me about this location....

So I know I call a few minutes before closing and ask if it’s too late to place an order. They say it’s ok so I order 2 pizzas and 2 wings. They say as long as I’m there by 5 min after closing to just tap on glass and I can get my order. I get there at 10:01 and tap on the glass multiple times and I’m being ignored by the girl closing the cashier. So I run to my car and get my phone to call. They answer and tell me it’s past 10 and I’m late. I tell her what the girl on the phone said about making it by 10:05. To the continued response of we closed at 10. I’m at the door watching the 2 girls laugh about it. I asked why did she take my order then and tell me to tap on the glass. So I just say ok bye and hang up to hear one of the girls say “That’s why I didn’t make the order cause I knew he wouldn’t make it by 10” and they both laugh. I understand the late order but why say it’s ok and tell me to come just to not make my order and make me waste my time driving. They just should of said no it’s too late to place an order. I'm giving a 1 star review on cause I've been going there a while most of the workers there know my order, I always get no sauce cause 1 the sauce ain't that good, and it gives the worst heart burn, so they tell the cook in the back for my order no sauce, how is it that I get a same order and the new guy trys to charge me 3 dollars for no sauce and half the pepperoni , telling me I have to get the deal to get it for 7.99, how does the order come out to 11.71 with no sauce and half the pepperoni when it's 7.99 for a whole pepperoni and sauce?? I'm getting no sauce and half the pepperoni. I'm good I'd rather tip the extra then to forcefully be charged for LESS ingredients. Crazy world we live in now a days. Tired from my landscape work and I'd rather force myself to make something to eat rather then being forced to pay 3 dollars for less ingredients, and I always tip, the money ain't the problem, it making no sense is...
