Subway — Restaurant in New Britain

I'm sorry but the service at this Subway made me never want to return. The guy working asked my boyfriend what his ethnicity was, and the girl making his salad had the worst attitude ever. They didn't know where things were, had to get several items from the back, out of the refrigerator, and took a significant amount of time serving us and the customers in line behind us. Also, how was there no balsamic dressing or at least oil and vinegar? This is the second time this girl had waited on us and she was extremely rude that time, too. I get it, the job is tough, I used to work at a subway. But don't take it out on people. Customer service is not...

Everytime I come they mess up my order but this has been the worse so far. Any other shbway gets it right everytime. West main sucks. They should get shut down ! I paid for two nasty sandwiches. The workers are slow, I repeated my order 3 times !! & they still did it all wrong. I live close by so sometimes I have to do a quick stop but its not worth it coming here. Go to the one on the plaza.. its way better & they treat you good. Never again with these people fr. All I did was open my bag & this was exactly how it was....

All of the vegetables were freezer burned, the chopped lettuce was browning, and nothing looked fresh. That being said I was starving and desperate and my partner had already started ordering anyway. The 2 girls working seemed like they never made a sandwich before, grabbed tiny pinches of each ingredient and piled them all in the center of the sandwich. Every time I asked for more onions or spinach, she would add one singular leaf or slice to the sandwich at a time, until I gave up asking. I know it’s just a fast food...
