I bought a watch from a Fossil website and needed to remove a few links. I went to this store where a lady removed a few links and it was fine, but the length was quite a bit short, so I went back to get a link added back. Everything was fine until then. But this time the lady was a different one, and she removed the connecting pin from a permanent part of the link and put up it back in the wrong way. This was my second child being pierced at Sofia”s. My first daughter was done right before she turned two back in 2023. My second daughter is now 20 months and got her ears pierced today.
