Hands down THE BEST açaí bowl I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not one that gets hyped up over Dubai chocolate desserts anywhere but my brother insisted on getting this here so I ended up trying a bite. Needless to say, he only got two bites before I finished the entire bowl. The açaí was firm and flavorful and did not immediately melt like many others do. The granola was amazing as well as all the other Dubai chocolate toppings. I had the absolute best experience thanks to Imane! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed with her warm smile and kind energy. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu, giving great recommendations that made my visit even better. The service was quick, but never rushed, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Bad experience with service. A worker next door at the coffee shop appeared to cut the line to order after the shift. I thought that was a fluke so no sweat. But then after ordering paying customers were kicked out for a student group to meet. There was room for both, and it was raining outside. So whoever was still eating was forced to eat outside in the rain. The worker next door still eating (after their shift) was allowed to stay and eat while the other customers were kicked out. A bad look and really poor choices...
