Update 2025. Diego's Bagel Nosh. New Owner: 12/10 As a patron of Bagel Nosh for the past 20+ years, I was very used to the original owners. They did an amazing job. I hope they are well and happy in their retirement. However, the new owner, Diego, is keeping everything great! He has added his own sparkle and charm to the best bagel place in New Brunswick, and my mom, friends, and I are very happy with the change. (And this is coming from someone who hates change!) Diego is super nice, customers leave smiling and happy with their food. Definitely a BIG WIN for Downtown, as a TON of our beloved, mom & pop businesses are no longer. So, congrats Diego!! We wish you MANY years of success and happiness to come. Thank you for your genuine, lovely customer service, and fantastic food! ☆☆☆☆☆ The staff who make the food and work there are lovely. Their array of bagels and toppings is incredible. (French Toast w strawberry schmear is my favorite). Everything is fresh and super tasty. There is something to please everyone. From sweet toothed to any kind of diet one is on, you have a huge list of yummy choices. When you eat inside, you have a giant bay window view right into the middle of downtown New Brunswick. Not expensive at all and very clean and cozy! A great place to bring the whole family for a yummy and easy meal at any time. Everyone will...

Amidst the bustling streets of central Jersey, I stumbled upon a quaint breakfast cafe deli, beckoning with the aroma of freshly baked bagels and the promise of culinary delights. With eager anticipation, I ventured inside, greeted by the warm embrace of hospitality.

As I perused the menu, my eyes alighted upon the promise of a humble yet satisfying breakfast—a savory bagel that whispered promises of culinary delight. With a nod of approval from the attentive staff, I embarked on a New Brunswick gastronomic exploration.

The hummus tofu sandwich, I was informed, stood as a testament to the cafe's commitment to vegan-friendly inclusion. Curiosity piqued, I eagerly awaited its arrival, envisioning a mélange of flavors traversing my palate.

With each bite, I savored the interplay of textures and tastes—a delicate harmony of tender tofu, tangy hummus, and the crisp freshness of tomato and red onions. It was a culinary revelation, a testament to convenient plant-based options.

In the heart of central Jersey, amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I found solace in the simple pleasures of a quick bite—a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there exists a sanctuary of a vegan...

The owner is very unprofessional. I ordered from them every week and always paid cash. I told him a porkroll I ordered wasn't well done over the phone and he had to nerve to laugh. Never in my life have I been in a restaurant or place of business where I told the owner something wasn't done right and they just left so when I got there to the business I confronted him face to face and he tried to apologize all of a sudden. I've never experienced a business owner so unprofessional. And to top it off he tried to give me two more pork roll sandwiches that won't even cooked remotely. Never again will they get my money and I'll never recommend. I also need to add that they gave me old bacon on a roll not too long ago but I ignored...

Great breakfast sandwich options for less. Called ahead every time and without fail, my order was ready to go every time I walked in. We enjoyed the bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant as well as plain bagels with cream cheese. The coffee was also nothing to scoff at either. We definitely enjoyed our breakfast, so much so that we went back the next day. And for the price, you can't beat it. Definitely better than what you will get at the nearby hotels and for less.

I had the bacon egg and cheese with the addition of grilled peppers and onions on a wheat everything bagel. I always go here when I am in the city and it reminds me why. This is my usual at bagel places and it was just delightful. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite on the go. They also have a great selection of beverages including, my favorite, unsweetened green tea.
