I was a regular here for a short period of time with Inn because she was very sweet and understanding. I didn't like that my nails seemed to pop off so often but I kept saying OK, maybe I just need to be even more careful. One day I took my best friend here to get pedicures together, on a day that Inn was off. I decided while I was there to ask for a quick nail fix since half of one of the acrylic thumbs had essentially just fallen off again (which I knew would happen because I have an active cosmetology license and have experience as a Nail Technician and I knew she was not taking the right steps after a mistake she made). Needless to say the owner (or owners wife, not sure) came up to me and called me a liar and said that I was responsible for it. Regardless, I never once asked for a free service. This same lady decided to do it for free. Instead of filing the tip down and building a new nail with the existing acrylic, she used her own fingernail and ripped the entire thing off. I immediately snatched my hand back and screamed "OWWW!!!" as my friend looked at me frightened. She laughed in my face, said sorry, giggled again and moved on. I thought she gave me hot nail but as you can see in the attached photo she gave me something much worse; subungual hematoma (damage caused by a direct blow or a crush injury to the distal phalanx.) This photo was taken 6 weeks after the incident, when the acrylic had finally come off. Needless to say that was my last visit. Only a week later I decided to trim and file them down and do my own fills until they were healthy enough to come off on their own. I am humiliated that I recommended this place to a friend only for the OWNER to PHYSICALLY ABUSE ME right in front of her... Listen, this place looks beautiful inside. And as I previously stated Inn was always very kind. But this kind of behavior is far from OK. Especially from someone in a higher up position. If you want a one-time experience here for a special event with your girlfriends, sure, it's a good place for that. But don't ever come back. All you'll get is acrylics that come off like press-ons or physical abuse. I hope Inn doesn't take this personally as she is a sweet lady. But I can't say the same for the owner and that's enough red...
Read moreNo, no, and no—I will NOT be going back here. My last visit was a little over month ago. This place will not be getting another dollar from me.
To be fair, my first two experiences were actually GREAT, which is what makes this all the more disappointing.
But the third time…A completely different story. While the salon itself looks beautiful with all the sparkly decor and fancy furniture, the cleanliness and service did not match the vibe.
There was a short, heavier-set Asian man (manager or owner, I assumed) who kept rushing the male nail technician doing my pedicure, trying to get him to hurry up and move on to the next customer, before they closed.
While the pedicure itself was very relaxing at first, it was clear the guy was being rushed—because the paint job turned out sloppy and rushed too.
My French manicure was a total mess. The lines weren’t even straight, and to top it off, the tech completely forgot to add the clear polish on one foot, which I didn’t notice until I got home.
That alone was very disappointing, but the worst part…instantly after this….I ended up getting FOOT FUNGUS on the bottom of my foot not long after visit. That was most DEFINITELY the dealbreaker for me!!
I WAS a repeated customer because i like their creativity in designs, the nail techs are friendly, and I really liked their service, well up until my third visit.
Rushing through appointments, sloppy results, and unsanitary conditions… NO THANK YOU!!!
Sending a customer home with foot fungus is completely unacceptable. And to rush someone through a, pedicure, when they’re a repeated customer and spent nearly $200—at every appointment (including tips) is not just poor customer service, it’s a clear sign that you don’t value your clients’ time or experience.
It felt at that time that they cared less about quality and more like they’re just trying to squeeze in as many paying customers as possible.
At that point, it’s obvious—they didn’t see me as a valued guest, just another $$$transaction.
Bottom line: I won’t be back, I haven’t been back since this and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who values their health...
Read moreTotal-$145 and with tip $171. Last photo was the reference picture that was shown to my nail lady.
My experience was both good and mediocre. The establishment is beautiful inside. The owner was friendly and took me in as a walk in on Sunday which I appreciate. I got a fill in (already had nails) and gel (sticker design) and a green tea pedicure. I attached pictures to show what I got versus what I showed the lady I wanted. The stickers were placed wherever and the lady I had didn’t really know what she was doing with the stickers so a lot of the nails didn’t have the full sticker design and up close some of them look unfinished.
I really wanted to like them especially with how much she was struggling to put them on. It kind of looks like porcelain tea cups which wasn’t really what I was going for. They did start to chip and peel the next day so I went back to get it fixed along with some of the shaping that was not done properly the first time. I got the feeling that the man was annoyed with me cause he mentioned how I liked them yesterday. But honestly I didn’t realize how off they were until I got home and friends started pointing out how they looked which was kind of embarrassing.
My pedicure felt very nice and she offered me water and we talked a bit. She was friendly. But when I got home I noticed my big toe still has some polish from the previous color I had and some of the polish work was not great. I’ve had better.
I was hoping to finally find a nail salon for me but this was not it. I will keep searching. The price did not match the quality or...
