Before I could comprehend what was happening, a daring criminal burst into the store, waving what seemed to be a weapon. Panic filled the air as customers ducked for cover, their frozen treats abandoned on the tables.

Now, here comes the truly remarkable part: as it turns out, this audacious thief was allergic to peanuts! And you know what Dairy Queen is known for? Their scrumptious peanut butter sauce! Talk about a twist of fate! I ordered 3 chilli cheese dogs at 7.40 pm on a Friday. After 10 minutes the girl comes to the window and tells me they can only make 2 because the day shift didn't take more out of the freezer. She then asked if I wanted a refund. Well of course I do ! Did she think I was going to just let them keep my money ? The story about the day shift was B.S anyway. How do you get down to 2 hotdogs at 7.30 pm and not notice it until someone ordered 3? They should have noticed when they were down to 15! I've been checking my bank account ever since and still no refund. I stopped in today to inquire and LUCKY ME , I got the same girl and all she could tell me is that she did what she was supposed to do. I left my name and number for the manager to call me. I have been in sales and customer service for years and if that were me, I would have offered, at the very least, a free chilli cheese dog for the next visit. There needs to be a manager on duty at all times as they seem overwhelmed if they have more than one customer. The food was great but the service left a LOT to be desired ! So I left my phone number for the manager to call me. Never happened!! I got a comment from DQ to come back and try again. If you can't even bother to call me I'm surely not bothering to come back. Very poor customer...

Never had a bad experience at any DQ, however tonight was a bad one....I ordered a large Reese’s Chocolate Lovers with chocolate ice cream blizzard, I get home and low an behold it’s vanilla ice cream, I call in to them and get a girl named Anna, explain what happened and she wants me to bring it back and they’ll make me a new one. WHAT are you kidding me, I told her I will not be driving back in there tonight, she then told me that it’s the owners policy so they don’t think anyone is stealing anything from them.....ARE YOU SERIOUS! I just made this up so I can get something FREE! NO, first I am NOT that kind of a person and as often as I have gone in there, NEVER ONCE I have ever complained or received a wrong item! I also explained to her that I shouldn’t have to bring it back in because it wasn’t my mistake, you guys made it incorrectly and I I get is....sorry that’s the policy....well that’s NOT customer service friendly....you accommodate that customer! However if that’s how the “owner” wants their policy and they don’t make sure their employees make the correct item, then I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know how bad this customer...
