I have been seeing Dr. Liu for about three months now, for my condition of “LONG term COVID-19”. When I came to first see Dr. Liu. I didn’t expect the HIGH level of treatment that he provided. The condition which I have is very complicated to describe. I had Pneumonia 5 times and have a lot of scaring on my lungs. This inhibits the volume of oxygen I am able to take in. I was in and out of the hospital about 22 times, all within an 18-month period. I am on 3 liters of Oxygen (indefinitely) and take multiple medications to assist me, just to be comfortable.

Dr. Liu was very understanding to how he went about my treatment with acupuncture. He first had a sit-down to discuss all of my ailments and I showed him exactly where my pain was originating from. He then began my treatment with much success. He was engaged with me on finding out exactly where my pain was hurting, he addressed all of them. At this time, I am more relieved with my chronic body pains than I was when I first arrived. I would highly recommend Dr. Liu for whom living with Long Term Covid-19 Syndrome.

We loved Naturegene, frequently visited Lin and Jasmine, maintained a prepaid account, and raved about their services to all of our friends. Unfortunately, our most recent experience with Jasimine left us very concerned and actively withdrawing our recommendations. My wife (a doctor of physical therapy) had twisted her ankle and pointed it out to Jasmine. Jasmine dug at a nerve in her ankle and my wife left her appointment in severe pain unable to walk up stairs or carry anything. After several doctors visits and an MRI, my wife was diagnosed with nerve damage and unprompted the doctor said that the damage was not from a sprain or common injury but would have required some one digging at the nerve itself. My wife is wearing a big brace and told that she will heal if she stays off of her ankle for 9 months (which is especially difficult given our 1 year old daughter is a lot to handle). Unfortunately, we can no longer share about or support what we once thought was the best...

My partner and I walked in for a full body massage and it was A M A Z I N G 🫶🏽😍 they took us right away and our therapists were wonderful — super intuitive, strong and personal.
