Optical Shop of New Hope — Local services in New Hope

Just want to start by saying I have been wearing glasses and seeing different Optometrists for over 20 years now from NY to Philly. I visited the Optical shop in New Hope one sunny afternoon because I forgot my sunglasses. I just wanted to window shop not expecting to buy assuming prices would be ridiculous because the styles were amazing and beautiful. I was immediately greeted by Sergio who instantly said let me see your glasses. LOL I took them off and gave them to him, without a word he straightened them and cleaned them beautifully which they badly needed. Then he introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I had a chance to look around while he worked on my glasses and was surprised because the prices were not bad at all. He showed me a pair he said were the Model that JFK wore and Immediately I pulled out my wallet and wanted to put them on because they were so sharp. Sergio's knowledge and ability to find you the perfect frames are unlike any one I have experienced in my life. I have since purchased 4 pair of eye glasses and 3 pair of sunglasses and a pair of sunglasses for my girlfriend. His styles are Amazing his knowledge and helpfulness go unmatched. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at the Optical Shop of New Hope. Sergio is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his profession and the products he sells. I had visited his shop maybe 2 years prior but at the time was unable to afford the prescription sunglasses I wanted but I never forgot the amount of time he spent with me explaining all of the various details about different glasses and the pros and cons of certain features. Anyway. Fast forward 2 years and I looked around locally and on line but never received anywhere near the attention Sergio gave me. New Hope is about an hours drive for us but I made up my mind that he was who I wanted to work with. My Costa sunglasses are brilliant and I also purchased a new pair of regular glasses that seem like HD glasses compared to my old ones. (Persol). I had such an amazing experience at The Optical Shop of New Hope! As soon as I walked in, Sergio immediately picked out the perfect frames for my face and he nailed it. I love a bold, unique look, and he just got my style right away. The pair I ended up with had me excited from the very beginning.

But it wasn’t just about the frames, Sergio’s knowledge of lenses is next-level. During my consultation, he walked me through everything in detail, making the whole process super easy to understand. When my glasses arrived, I was honestly blown away. The lenses are unbelievably sharp and crisp, and the overall quality of both the frames and lenses totally exceeded my expectations.

They really took such great care of me from start to finish. I left feeling confident, chic, and really well looked after. I’ll definitely be sending all my friends and family their way ...can’t recommend...
