That are the coolest an very polite an as well very knowledgeable. It’s about time T-Mobile did something right...

Made the switch from Android to iPhone and there were some issues with transferring my information. Misha gave her full attention to my issue and gave me updates throughout the day. She was very kind, personable, and professional. In my experience, it's not very often that you find someone in the tech world to be outright friendly and personable. Knowledgable, of course, but I never felt like I was being talked down to, even though I was unsure of some tech things. 10/10...

That is so horrible they need to close down the T-Mobile store in New Iberia or put more people to work in the store because the 2 people that's working today are so slow , I had to stand in the for 45 minutes just to pay a bill and they both was waiting on a customer and it took them 45 minutes talking and just standing not waiting on the customers , that is so ridiculous but I'm looking for corporate...
