Whataburger — Restaurant in New Iberia

I am writing this review because of the drive through worker I had an experience with. She was a woman with longer hair, maybe Hispanic and on the heavier side. She was absolutely the sweetest and most professional person I’ve ever encountered at a drive through, attentive and polite. Another worker I met is an skinny older black man with long dreads, he is always respectful and polite as well, and definitely a friendly person, got a small fries then came back for more (because it wasn’t enough) and we joked about that. They both deserve raises because after all the crap they encounter on a day to day basis and can still be respectful and helpful. Definitely love this location for this...

I was one of the first to do business at this location when they opened. I also contacted What A Burger at the first of 2024 requested that they open a location in New Iberia. I have been doing business with What A Burger for years while working in South Texas.and thought they were Best Burger out there. My wife and I were so disappointed in the Management and operation of the location that I told my wife I would not return until they get it together. I notice the parking lot was almost full. Workers don’t pay attention to what they are doing. This is the second time we have been here and both times we’ve been disappointed. Workers are grouped together in the restaurant they were very loud and obnoxious. Both times we came everything was wrong with our order. There was only one girl in there that made our experience good I didn’t catch her name but she sat and talked with us while there was so much noise with her coworkers.
