The store is always clean and organized, the only thing I will add is that your employees are a big reflection of what’s portrayed to the customers. There’s one specific employee I usually interact with him at checkout, he’s an older black man, white beard and glasses, gives off such a rude persona, never greets, but when one greet hims he’ll greet back almost forcefully and uncomfortably, I know there are some individuals that may be shy but that truly doesn’t seem like the case with him. Hate judging a book by its cover but he gives off an im too good for you vibe. I myself used to work in customer service for many years and this man really needs to brush up his skills , his un-welcomeness and unfriendly demeanor can easily drive customers away. Me and my wife shopped here today and I'll never shop here again. I went look at the men's clothes and my wife went look at women's things. Not five minutes after I was browsing I was being watched like a hulk. A guy in a suit kept coming around me acting like he was shopping. Then another employee with a pink shirt on was easing around acting like he was shopping. I can actually see these people looking at me. Do these people think every body is a thief? I purchased a couple of items but I came close to just taking my business elsewhere. This is ridiculous. I guess only the high and mighty can browse without being treated...

I have been shopping here for years. It is one of my favorite stores to shop at. It is my go to place for a pair of shoes or gifts for for family and friends that are hard to shop for.
