Asian Kitchen is hands down offers the best value of nearly any restaurant in the Pittsburgh area.
Over the past few years I've had a chance to try many of their dishes and I've never had one I didn't enjoy.
The Good: -Consistently delicious food -Multiple cuisines to choose from -Generous portion sizes -Unbelievably low cost -Kind and gracious customer service -Very clean
The Bad: -They close at 8pm
The Beautiful: I mistakenly ordered a dish without noodles when I meant to order a noodle dish. They were kind enough to cook me up some noodles even though they were about to close. They were very gracious to me when they could have told me it was my fault and sent me away. They stayed a little later to help me get the meal I wanted. I would never have asked this of them, but they insisted. This is very typical of the customer service I've experienced there. Just very lovely people offering good food at good prices to the local community.
My favourites: Tom Khai Soup, Pork Eggrolls, Cashew Crusted Chicken, and...
Read moreI'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Between the prices, service, quality, portion size and taste it's hard to beat. It's important to point out that this isn't some fancy gourmet place. Rather it's takeout oriented. But it's good. We've probably tried almost everything on the menu throughout the years. As an example, we picked up several lunch specials: chicken lo mein, general tso's chicken, and red curry chicken. All were good, but there is a point to be made.... this is a takeout oriented fusion restaurant, not a Thai specialty place. YET, the red curry chicken for $6 was SIGNIFICANTLY better than than two local Thai restaurants that we ate at in Springdale and Verona which charged $18 & $20 respectively!!! You cannot go wrong with Asian Kitchen. Delish.
PS Michele Pugliese is claustrophobic so ignore her totally irrelevant comments.

Read moreUsed to love this place and haven't been here in awhile. Decided to go there today to grab some lunch and I didnt even get out of my truck. While parking I notice a sign on the door something like "keep mask on, phone in order"
Yea...No thanks, ill take my business/money elsewhere. I have not worn a mask the entire length of this political plandemic and im not going to start today..over a year later with no mask im still "covid" free. Over a year later with no state mandate(which might I add means absolutely nothing and is NOT a law) you still expect people to wear a face diaper?? You have lost your d*mn minds and my business.
I can literally go to any other restaurant or business without a mask, yet its a problem here.
Get bent!
Took my business right across the street to bob's subs...face...
